Job Description

About the Role: JustMarkets is looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality and stability of our trading product. In this role, you will work closely with developers, product, and support teams to validate functionality across web services and integrations, investigate user issues, and help improve the overall experience.

What You'll Do

  • Perform manual testing of web applications to validate functionality, usability, and compatibility.
  • Conduct API testing (Postman, GraphQL) to verify request/response correctness, data exchange, and error handling.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues, including participation in quarterly on-call rotations.
  • Write and maintain test documentation (test cases, test plans) in test management systems like TestRail.
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve incidents and investigate bugs using Jira.

What You Bring

  • At least 1.5 years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of software testing processes, SDLC, and methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
  • Practical experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and log analysis (Graylog, Grafana).
  • Good knowledge of browser DevTools and version control systems (Git).
  • Bonus: Experience in writing automated tests and working in fintech product teams.
