What are we looking for?
BetterHelp operates one of the largest networks of licensed mental health professionals and this is the most critical part of our product and business. We are looking for a focused, driven, results-oriented individual to help us grow our network.
What will you do?
- You will recruit licensed therapists to join the BetterHelp network to work with insurance clients.
- You will manage this process through emails, phone appointments, follow-up calls, text messages, and working with the Onboarding and Credentialing Team to complete the onboarding process successfully.
- You will continually strive to optimize our processes.
- You will enjoy great teamwork, have lots of fun, and take pride in building a world-class product that makes a difference in people's lives!

- You will NOT worry about "runway", "cash left", or "how much time we have until the next round". We have the startup DNA but we're fully backed and funded, all the way to success.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in sales, recruiting or SDR role in a quota carrying performance based environment
- Experience selling to providers (doctors, nurses, therapists, specialists) or recruiting providers is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to convert datasets into digestible insights and actionable decisions
- Comfortable with a high volume of calls, emails, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
- Ability to manage tasks independently without constant direct supervision.
- Comfortable working with tech software such as Outreach.io, Hubspot, and GSuite.
