Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and systems-minded Project Manager (Korean Speaker) to join our core centralized RemotePMO collective in a full-time remote capacity out of Seoul, South Korea. Operating as a principal cross-functional delivery driver traversing our international co-development pipelines, you will step up to claim true individual strategic and operational accountability for analyzing, designing, and launching complex multi-tier project architectures from early blue-sky concepting through to final physical release. Shifting completely away from routine administrative note logging, basic clipboard milestone tracking, or passive dashboard observation, you will direct a heavy-sourcing production machine—partnering face-to-face with external publisher leads, director-level game architects, and embedded project stakeholders. This position requires a game industry production veteran who guides diverse software disciplines fluidly natively using Game Dev operational standards, structures agile milestone tracking metrics smoothly natively using Project Management communication loops, and commands team-wide velocity targets confidently under tight publisher delivery deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Lifecycle Game Production Governance: Analyze and translate complex game mechanics and requirements documents into comprehensive, structured project roadmaps, planning milestones cleanly natively utilizing Game Dev production rules across all product phases.
- Multi-Disciplinary Team Management: Direct, organize, and lead large-scale project groups or multiple independent sub-squads consisting of 10+ software programmers, technical artists, 3D animators, game designers, and quality assurance engineers.
- Agile Milestone and Risk Strategy: Formulate, document, and execute rigorous risk assessment playbooks, tracking dependencies, setting clear baseline priorities, and deploying automated mitigation tracks to eliminate development bottlenecks before they threaten deadline constraints.
- High-Trust External Client Diplomacy: Serve as the principal localized partner authority, establishing deep collaborative relationships and uncompromised trust vectors during direct technical and business alignments with international client stakeholders.
- Asynchronous Team Alignment: Coordinate, manage, and bridge asynchronous communication channels across distributed internal developer pods, external teams, and central corporate business offices natively leveraging Project Management frameworks.
- Dynamic Capacity and Sprint Planning: Monitor and manage resource utilization models, tracking team velocity, balancing sprint allocations, and compiling scannable performance indicators to present before senior leadership blocks.
- Team Growth and Talent Acquisition Sourcing: Drive the long-term expansion of our regional software talent base, providing high-signal feedback and Career Development roadmaps while personally leading project hiring interviews and validating technical applicant competencies.
- Global Schedule Harmonization: Maintain uncompromised personal flexibility to align daily operational rhythms and sync assemblies with core European working hours to guarantee seamless handoffs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of verified professional history running advanced software project management, digital game production engineering, multi-squad agile coordination, cloud-native delivery management, or game development technology consulting.
- Mandatory Industry Vertical Sourcing: Documented, hands-on professional background operating explicitly inside the **GameDev (Video Game Development)** ecosystem, showing structural familiarity with standard asset lifecycles across engineering, art, and QA.
- Expert-tier capability managing large-scale resource matrices, identifying critical-path bottlenecks, and leading game engineering pipelines natively utilizing Game Dev configurations.
- Practical operational familiarity organizing multi-disciplinary task boards, configuring sprint registries, and tracking lifecycle completions natively using Project Management agile playbooks (Jira, Confluence, or related tools).
- Mandatory Bi-Lingual Sourcing Requirements: Native-level linguistic fluency in the Korean language paired with advanced, business-fluent written and verbal command of the English language to independently author technical reporting and lead international publisher syncs.
- Proven capacity to prioritize, delegate, and maintain absolute emotional intelligence when driving technical targets under intense, fast-paced release pressure.
- Schedule Alignment Notice: Position requires the consistent, baseline operational availability to maintain set overlap boundaries with European core business working zones.
- Location Context: Position structured as a 100% remote layout open exclusively to qualified game production leaders based permanently and resident within **Seoul, South Korea**.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior commercial production history operating inside a hyper-growth venture-backed mobile gaming startup, premium console co-development agency, or massive multi-player online (MMO) live-operations architecture.
- Direct technical familiarity configuring automation filters inside continuous deployment structures or asset delivery trackers.
- An outcome-driven personal philosophy rooted in high operational curiosity, a relentless passion for the art and science of interactive entertainment, and an intense drive to convert complex software tasks into smooth, unforgettable gamer experiences.
What We Offer

- The exceptional professional canvas to claim a foundational leadership seat directing elite international projects for the world premier video game studios.
- Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering a 100% remote virtual setting across Seoul, complete data-tracking trust while managing multi-disciplinary pods, and zero physical office commuting friction.
- Access to elite personal and career enrichment track tools, featuring dedicated learning and development pathways, advanced leadership seminars, and a corporate culture built entirely on global knowledge exchange and mutual respect.
