Responsibilities:
- Support Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Agile Leads in planning, coordinating, and delivering project activities.
- Coordinate project meetings, track progress, document action items, and escalate risks or issues as needed.
- Provide project operations support, including deliverable tracking, documentation, reporting, and project management tools administration.
- Triage project issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them under the guidance of Technical Implementation Leads and TAMs.
- Monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain project documentation, issue logs, meeting minutes, and project repositories.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and deliver accurate project status reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze project data and recommend improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely time tracking, with a focus on billable utilization and proper use of project management systems.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience supporting internal clients and business units in an IT environment.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, SOW management, and resource planning.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and provide excellent customer service.
- Proactive, quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to identify risks, provide project updates, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively under the guidance of Technical Account Managers (TAMs).
