Product Owner

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Gather, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

Define requirements for system enhancements, integrations, workflows, reports, forms, and data conversions.

Collaborate with Product Management, clients, and end users to define product vision and business needs.

Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

Support solution design by working closely with development teams and technical architects.

Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking overall project progress.

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT), test planning, and end-user training.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Analyze enhancement requests and determine the most effective implementation approach.

Participate in feasibility studies, solution presentations, and system demonstrations.

Respond to production issues and support ongoing product improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of CCM (Customer Communications Management) platforms.

Experience with OpenText solutions and Pre-Processor technologies.

Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Experience working in Agile environments.

Advanced knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Visio.

Professional working proficiency in English (C1 or equivalent).
