Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and systems-minded Product Marketing Manager, AI Capabilities & Developer Enablement to join our core centralized Product Marketing collective in a full-time remote capacity across the United States. Operating as a critical strategic and technical bridge on a senior, systems-first squad, you will step up to claim true individual operational accountability for how Neo4j’s cutting-edge AI capabilities show up to the global developer community. Shifting completely away from routine passive copywriting, basic web layout adjustments, generic social media management, or disconnected administrative filing, you will run an active developer marketing and enablement lab—getting hands-on with the product line (AuraDB, GraphRAG frameworks, and agent memory servers) to transform complex data capabilities into field-ready commercial plays. This position requires an enterprise tech or data infrastructure veteran with 3+ years of GTM depth who builds high-impact organic developer visibility systems fluidly natively using SEO search optimization, structures scalable channel pipeline frameworks smoothly natively using Lead Generation tactics, and commands C-suite strategy presentations and technical certifications confidently under tight launch deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developer Persona AI Messaging Architecture: Formulate, design, and execute the comprehensive messaging architecture and core proof points for Neo4j’s AI capabilities, converting complex concepts like GraphRAG, autonomous agents, agent memory networks, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Cypher AI into differentiated stories that respect technical practitioner intelligence cleanly natively utilizing SEO frameworks.
  • Technology Integration Ecosystem Positioning: Own the strategic positioning and market mapping for Neo4j’s expanding integration ecosystem, ensuring connectors for prominent agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), data clouds (Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft), and custom APIs are woven directly into our baseline product narrative natively leveraging Lead Generation methodologies.
  • Systemic Sales Enablement Infrastructure: Build, scale, and maintain the field-facing assets that turn technical capabilities into field execution victories—authoring highly clear first-call pitch decks, contextual talk tracks, technical objection-handling guides, discovery question repositories, and live certification training paths.
  • Structured Win-Loss Analytical Diagnostics: Partner in lockstep with distributed Sales Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Account Management cells to lead structured win-loss diagnostic reviews, identifying structural competitive trends by segment and use case to feed into product prioritization blocks.
  • Cross-Functional Go-To-Market Launches: Lead and support AI capability and integration launch streams, collaborating directly with Product Management, Developer Relations (DevRel), and Partner Marketing to ensure product releases land powerfully across the developer community.
  • Customer Zero Prototyping: Use the product line exactly the way our external developer base does, spinning up local instances, coding light functional demos, and bringing uncompromised, hands-on architectural credibility to every technical narrative you ship.
  • Agent-Native Operational Automation: Incorporate automated agentic pipelines and AI productivity tools deeply within your own daily marketing workflows to optimize content synthesis and compound execution speeds.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of verified professional history running advanced product marketing, developer marketing, sales enablement creation, technology product management, or technical go-to-market strategy execution.
  • SaaS/Data Infrastructure Vertical Sourcing Background: Documented career history successfully marketing software tools to developer or technical practitioner audiences, explicitly running strategies for databases, cloud data warehouses, developer utilities, or AI/ML platforms.
  • Expert-tier capability writing authoritative technical copy, designing instructional documentation decks, and managing content index visibility natively utilizing SEO rules.
  • Practical operational familiarity structuring customer discovery paths, tracking competitive market criteria, and identifying enterprise buyer personas natively using Lead Generation strategies.
  • Technical Acumen and Hands-on Capability: Proven ability to comfortably interact with technical products, read software documentation, interpret complex architecture diagrams, and prototype using cloud-based data layers (such as Neo4j AuraDB).
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and visual presentation communication attributes in fluent English, enabling absolute confidence when authoring a one-page technical sales play or leading a 30-minute certification program before global enterprise sellers.
  • Location Context: Position open to qualified technical product marketing operators based permanently and resident within the borders of the United States to operate under a 100% remote work-from-home setting.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Possession of a formal university Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or a technical background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related quantitative fields of study.
