At Feeld, we are creating a world where everyone is more intimately connected to each other and themselves. We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for a Product Manager to become part of our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships.

You will be responsible for driving the Web product roadmap at Feeld, helping more prospective members understand the value of Feeld and successfully move from web to app.

To be right for this role, you should have experience owning and delivering web product experiences, ideally in a consumer or growth-focused environment. You’ll be comfortable working autonomously, using data to make decisions, and partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to move quickly from opportunity to impact.

What you will do:

  • Own the day-to-day product management of Feeld’s Web roadmap and backlog
  • Translate strategic priorities and growth opportunities into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design throughout discovery and delivery to define the right solution and scope
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion across the journey from landing on Feeld’s website through to installing and joining the app
  • Work with Data to understand funnel performance, identify opportunities, and establish clear success measures
  • Develop and run experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and overall web performance
  • Partner with SEO, Brand, and Marketing teams to ensure web experiences support acquisition campaigns, organic growth, and the evolving Feeld brand
  • Maintain a clear and prioritised backlog, balancing new opportunities, optimisation, bugs, and technical improvements
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, ensuring stakeholders have visibility of progress and decisions
  • Define launch plans, monitor performance after release, and use learnings to inform subsequent iterations

Requirements

About you:

  • You have good Product Management experience, with a track record of owning and delivering web products or experiences
  • You have worked on consumer-facing products, ideally in a growth, marketplace, subscription, or app-led environment
  • You have experience improving conversion funnels through experimentation, optimisation, and data-informed decision-making
  • You are comfortable working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners to deliver outcomes
  • You have experience operating autonomously in fast-moving environments, quickly building context, and turning opportunities into clear priorities and shipped work

Benefits

About us:

Feeld is an independent, experimental, and fully remote organisation reshaping the dialogue on dating and sexuality. The company was founded in 2014 and has evolved since to become the open, distributed structure it is now. We have a naturally agile and fluid culture. The whole team is fully remote, which means you work where and when helps you perform at your best. We regard autonomy highly and treat our organisation as a product – we iterate, improve, and test things internally to see what works best for everyone.

Our culture:

We believe in creating a safe work environment through humanity, fluidity, safety, transparency, and progressiveness. When hiring, we look for culture add rather than culture fit.

Because we are a fully remote team, it’s especially important that we create an environment where our colleagues feel included and connected as humans.

Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at Feeld:

Feeld promotes open-mindedness, inclusion, diversity, and kindness, both in the world and among our own workforce.

We encourage and welcome applications from people with a history of marginalisation, whether because of race, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, national origin, disability (seen or unseen), or any confluence of intersectional identities.

Our goal is a barrier-free application process and working environment. If you require further details or assistance or have any questions about this process, please let us know at hr@feeld.co.

Compensation and perks:

We are conscious of how our work and decisions impact other humans and the environment. We design our product and organisation with consideration for the wellbeing of our Members and colleagues. Feeld’s way of working is designed to proactively prevent burnout and an “always on” culture. We believe in technology and working environments that enable people to live a meaningful, fulfilled life.

Therefore, we offer our staff:

  • Flexible working hours
  • A fully remote working situation
  • On-demand therapy sessions and mental health support via Spill

Our compensation system is one of the ways we work to uphold equity and inclusion at Feeld. Just as we strive to enable honest expression on our platform, we strive for openness of information within the organization. Internally, we keep decision-making transparent to keep each other accountable and make sure all voices are heard. That is why we offer a compensation system that is transparent, honest, and equitable. Additionally, we believe all humans deserve to earn a competitive wage, so we offer a Baseline Freedom Salary of £60,000 GBP per year for any role that indexes below £60,000 GBP per year.

  • Total cash compensation for this role varies by geographic location. We estimate the market-competitive compensation range for this position to be £650 GBP per day.

Feeld (operating at feeld.co) is a location-based dating platform engineered for individuals seeking ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and alternative relationship structures. Founded in 2014 by Bulgarian-born designer Dimo Trifonov and co-founded by Ana Kirova, and headquartered in New York City, Feeld redefines modern dating by catering to open-minded users who prioritize connection beyond traditional monogamous frameworks. Unlike conventional dating apps, Feeld fosters a safe, inclusive space where singles, couples, and curious adults can explore relationships on their own terms—whether through flirting, casual chats, or deeper connections. Under the hood, the app leverages location-based matching algorithms and privacy-focused features to ensure users engage authentically while maintaining discretion. This allows ethically non-monogamous individuals and polyamorous communities to connect with like-minded people without judgment, fostering meaningful relationships built on transparency and mutual respect. Backed by $551K in funding, Feeld continues to expand its user base globally while championing a more inclusive approach to modern love and intimacy.
