What you’ll do
Own all non-trading products that drive growth & engagement — referral, notifications & price alerts, and more — end-to-end, from idea through design, development, QA, and launch.
- Design and ship embedded AI features as core parts of the product experience — like AI-powered portfolio summaries, benchmarking, and more.
- Keep a pulse on the market, our customers, and competitors to identify the biggest levers for growing Public’s business and engagement.
- Shape Public’s broader roadmap, balancing speed, quality, and long-term customer impact, with AI increasingly at the center of it.
- Build and test go-to-market hypotheses — target audience, KPIs, positioning, and differentiators — before and after launch.
Who you are:
- You’ve shipped high-quality consumer apps with sharp UX/UI instincts.
- AI is core to how you build — not a feature bolted on. You use AI daily to move faster, and you’re excited to design AI-native product experiences, not just AI-assisted ones.
- You have 4-8 years in product experience, with a deep understanding of growth, retention, and engagement in digital consumer products.
- You prioritize product velocity — shipping fast, in the direction that matters to users and the business.
- You have a working understanding of the stock market and how major events move prices (dividends, earnings, economic events). Deep brokerage experience isn’t required.
- You communicate clearly, in writing and in person, working cross-functionally with engineers, compliance, risk, operations, and go-to-market.
