Smile! Those teeth you are showing deserve the best care you can give them, yet the status quo of the software your dentist uses today is outdated.
Archy is a Series B vertical SaaS solution revolutionizing the dental practice management space — giving dental providers AI agents and software that lets them do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business.
Job Description
Archy is seeking a technically-minded and growth-oriented Product Manager to own the onboarding and data migration experience for new customers. When a dental practice switches to Archy, they face the daunting task of moving their entire history of medical records from old, on-premises servers to our cloud platform. In this role, you will design the end-to-end user experience that makes this move seamless. You will build the client-facing tracking tools, readiness checklists, and automated systems that give dental practices total visibility into their migration progress, ensuring they are perfectly prepared for a successful launch on Archy.
At Archy, product managers need to be highly flexible, technically-minded, and willing to adapt to whatever is needed to deliver great products to our customers. As a PM, you’ll help set the product vision and roadmap, collaborate with design and engineering to build the right solutions, and work with sales, support, and operations to ensure our products deliver maximum value to dental practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Design the practice-facing onboarding experience, creating intuitive dashboards, readiness checklists, and status trackers that give clinics real-time visibility into their migration journey.
- Lead the end-to-end vision and execution for technical customer onboarding, transforming a complex medical record data conversion process into a secure, predictable experience.
- Partner directly with engineering teams to architect internal tools and scalable infrastructure that support high-volume data extractions and cloud transformations from legacy software.
- Actively adopt and integrate AI tools into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity, decision-making, and overall team impact.
- Collaborate with lifecycle marketing and customer success to design multi-channel touchpoints that guide clinics through pre-migration setup and drive post-launch feature adoption.
- Implement robust product analytics and data tracking to accurately measure migration velocity, uncover user friction points, and continually optimize the onboarding pipeline.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and clearly communicate product requirements, milestones, and strategic metrics to cross-functional stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience at a fast-growing startup, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market (GTM) teams to translate technical hurdles into elegant product solutions.
- A deep understanding of how to use AI tools as a co-pilot to accelerate development and workflow velocity without sacrificing deep-thinking problem-solving.
- Technical curiosity and analytical proficiency, with hands-on experience utilizing data tracking and product analytics tools to inform roadmap decisions.
- An absolute ownership mindset—displaying high adaptability, exceptional communication skills, and a strong bias toward action in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior Experience: A proven track record leading complex data migrations, ETL processes, or technical data transformations from legacy software is a strong plus. Background in Growth Product Management (monetization/adoption) or the healthcare/dental IT space is also highly preferred.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and equity (some roles may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses)
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) plan
- Flexible vacation policy
