Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Product Implementation Manager (PIM) to join our core centralized Customer Success organization in a full-time remote capacity within the United States. In this highly visible technical program delivery seat, you will step up to claim individual strategic accountability for managing and executing the complete end-to-end software implementation lifecycle for high-value partner programs. Shifting completely away from routine task checking or passive calendar tracking, you will serve as the primary, day-to-day corporate partner contact during implementation tracks, bridging the gap between external brand executives and internal technology squads. This role requires an enterprise onboarding veteran with 5+ years of background in fintech, insurtech, or SaaS platforms who translates abstract client desires into clear technical specifications fluidly, handles concurrent project scopes smoothly under rapid sprint timelines, and operates with cross-functional influence without needing direct hierarchical authority.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Timeline Governance: Lead, track, and command overall program delivery timelines from initial client configuration workshops down to absolute production-grade product launch.
• Technical Requirement Synthesis: Gather, analyze, and document complex partner business rules, translating client requests into clean, structured functional specifications natively utilizing Project Management principles.
• Agile Engineering Delivery Coordination: Partner daily alongside internal Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams and Sprint Planners, cleanly handing off deep technical decisions once solutioning parameters arise.
• Multi-Project Health and Risk Auditing: Track concurrent implementation pipelines, proactively identifying system bottlenecks, timeline delays, and scope-creep risks to formulate data-backed resolution paths natively leveraging Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) matrix trackers.
• Executive Deliverable Construction: Author, polish, and distribute high-craft project documentation, including targeted meeting agendas, precise technical summaries, and executive-level business reviews for external stakeholders.
• Continuous CSM Communication Loops: Maintain a tight, asynchronous performance feedback loop with assigned Customer Success Managers, logging comprehensive customer interaction records inside Sure’s modern CRM database system (Attio).
• Partner-Facing Account Communication: Command high-visibility implementation calls and written summaries confidently, delivering actionable updates to director-level carrier stakeholders.
• Internal Tool Workflow Maintenance: Govern internal project boards and document repositories systematically, leveraging collaborative workspaces inside Notion, Linear, and modern task engines to maximize delivery velocity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of verified professional history running advanced software product implementation, technical project management, corporate SaaS program delivery, or enterprise onboarding consulting.
• Deep, authoritative technical command of project management lifecycles, showing a production-tested history managing complex technical client engagements within the FinTech, InsurTech, or multi-tenant SaaS space.
• Expert-tier capability synthesizing customer desires into declarative software tickets and technical block components natively utilizing Project Management best practices.
• Practical operational familiarity tracking scope boundaries, filtering client validation datasets, and scheduling project milestones natively leveraging Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) matrices.
• Proven capacity to influence cross-functional technical teams (EPD) and external stakeholders effectively without relying on direct authority.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication traits in business-fluent English, with a demonstrated ability to author precise technical recaps for executive audiences.
