Process Quality Analyst

The Delivery Team analyzes business processes, mines data, and reviews process maps for our clients. Working closely with Delivery, the Quality Team ensures all outputs are accurate, aligned with client data, and easily digestible for stakeholders representing their process. As a Process Quality Analyst, you will collaborate directly with project stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks impacting project delivery.

Part of your day-to-day

• Technical Coaching in Projects: Participate in routine touchpoints with project teams to resolve data and structural questions, offering guidance and support.

• Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate analyst deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and project standards.

• Defect Remediation: Identify quality issues and work with analysts to diagnose root causes and correct errors.

• Stakeholder Reporting: Deliver concise weekly updates summarizing project progress and emerging risks.

• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in internal tools and workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.

• Documentation Maintenance: Create and maintain key reference materials, including process guides, handbooks, and training videos.

• Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate best-practice sharing sessions to promote consistent quality standards.

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Automation Analyst, Process Consultant, or Management Consultant focused on business process understanding and optimization.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience executing operational or business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related domains.

• Proficiency with mapping platforms such as MS Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or Bizagi Modeler.

• Experience reviewing or quality-checking other people's work, through peer review, quality audits, or a senior analyst role.

• Proven experience coaching or mentoring analysts, such as onboarding new team members, running training sessions, or giving regular feedback that helped others improve.

• Proven ability to manage project timelines, track milestones, and coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Bonus

• Confidence working with structured data and spreadsheets, including SQL or BI tools.

• Hands-on automation experience, such as identifying automation opportunities, documenting processes for automation, or working with RPA or workflow tools.

• Experience writing and managing SOPs, including keeping them accurate, version-controlled, and adopted across teams.
