The Company

At Servant, we specialize in empowering leaders and organizations within faith communities through innovative digital transformation and change management solutions. We are dedicated to providing tailored strategies that align with our clients' values and missions, focusing on service, integrity, and excellence. Our team is passionate about driving impactful change by equipping our partners with the tools and technologies they need to thrive in a digital age.

Role Overview

Servant is seeking a Principle GTM Leader, Technology and AI Product Services β€” a strategic leader who drives revenue and customer growth by maximizing the go-to-market motion for Servant's Technology and AI Product engagements. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and is not a delivery role. It is a market-facing, door-opening, credibility-lending role for someone who has spent a career sitting across the table from CIOs, CTOs, and technology boards β€” and who can walk into any room, at any level of seniority, and be trusted immediately on large-scale technology decisions.

You bring firsthand experience running enterprise technology organizations, paired with prior consulting expertise and a track record building platform integration services. You advise senior technology leaders and C-suite stakeholders at target accounts on large-scale technology and AI product solutions, help inform and shape the solutions Servant designs for those engagements, and β€” critically β€” serve as a deal source, opening doors that our Growth Advisors then walk through to close and grow the relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Own and maximize the go-to-market motion for all Technology and AI Product services β€” identifying where Servant should be showing up, with whom, and why.
  • Build and maintain a personal network of senior technology relationships across target enterprise accounts that generates a durable, repeatable source of qualified opportunity.
  • Serve as a deal source: identify, cultivate, and open sales doors that Servant Growth Advisors can then pursue, qualify, and close.
  • Represent Servant at the executive level in target markets β€” conferences, boards, advisory councils, and executive forums β€” as a recognized thought leader in enterprise technology and AI product innovation.

Senior-Level Technology Advisory

  • Advise CIOs, CTOs, and senior technology leadership at target customers on large-scale technology solutions and AI product opportunities, translating ambiguity into a clear point of view and a credible path forward.
  • Bring pattern recognition from prior CIO, consulting, and platform integration experience across a wide breadth of customer types, industries, and technology stacks.
  • Walk customers through a journey that reduces ambiguity, builds conviction, and powers their growth and impact β€” well before a formal engagement begins.

Solution Shaping

  • Inform and shape the solution design for Technology and AI Product engagements based on direct exposure to what customers actually need, in partnership with Servant's delivery and solutioning teams.
  • Serve as a bridge between what the market is asking for and what Servant builds β€” ensuring our technology and AI product offerings stay sharp, relevant, and differentiated.
  • Partner closely with Growth Advisors and delivery leadership to ensure a smooth handoff from relationship to proposal to engagement.

Requirements

Experience

  • Prior executive technology experience β€” you've sat in the seat, owned an enterprise technology organization, and made the calls this role's customers are wrestling with.
  • Prior consulting expertise β€” you've built and advised on large-scale technology strategy inside a top consulting practice, not just adjacent to one.
  • A track record building platform integration services β€” you understand how complex enterprise systems actually connect, modernize, and scale.
  • A breadth of experience working across many different customer types, industries, and technology environments, not a single vertical.
  • A demonstrated track record advising at the most senior levels within enterprise organizations β€” CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, and boards, not just project sponsors.
  • A history of generating and opening new business relationships that others have successfully converted into revenue.

Presence & Approach

  • Significant gravitas β€” the ability to command credibility and trust in any room, from a CIO's office to a Fortune 500 boardroom, from the first minute.
  • A recognized thought leader in enterprise technology and AI product innovation, comfortable publishing a point of view and defending it in front of skeptical technical audiences.
  • A natural advisor's instinct: comfortable with ambiguity, able to bring structure and clarity to a customer's technology and AI product questions before a formal scope exists.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset β€” this role wins by opening doors for others and shaping solutions alongside delivery teams, not by working alone.
  • Genuine alignment with Servant's Core Values, and the ability to embody them in how you show up with customers and colleagues alike.

Travel & Working Rhythm

This role carries a travel commitment of approximately 33% β€” time spent in front of senior technology stakeholders at target and prospective accounts, at industry events, and in-market building the relationships that fuel Servant's Technology and AI Product pipeline. The remainder of the time is spent shaping solutions with Servant's teams, prepping for the next room, and staying sharp on where enterprise technology and AI are heading. This role is scoped as a 20-hour per week commitment, and has the opportunity to grow as the business grows.

At Servant, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion. We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.
