About the role

Everway for Work is our unified workplace product suite, bringing together Read&Write, MindView, and Tasks to support neurodiverse employees. The suite has established a strong foundation and is entering its next phase of growth through enterprise adoption and expansion.

As Principal Product Manager, Growth, you'll own the suite-level product strategy focused on enterprise growth. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and enterprise customers to translate market insight into a coherent product direction while ensuring the suite delivers a consistent customer experience across its constituent products. This is a strategic leadership role delivered through influence rather than formal people management.

Main responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Own the product vision and growth strategy for the Everway for Work suite, focusing on enterprise acquisition, activation, retention, and long-term customer value.
  • Act as the primary product partner for enterprise customers and prospects, gathering insight that informs suite-level priorities.
  • Coordinate across the Read&Write, MindView, and Tasks product teams to ensure alignment across roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate commercial insight into product decisions and support customer growth.
  • Define, monitor, and communicate suite-level growth metrics, identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
  • Develop and evolve the Everway for Work value proposition through customer research, market insight, and competitive analysis.
  • Represent the suite in senior internal forums, customer engagements, and industry events.
  • Mentor and support product managers working across the suite, sharing enterprise product management expertise.

Essential criteria

  • 5+ years of product management experience within enterprise or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Experience leading growth-focused product initiatives, including customer discovery, commercial positioning, and enterprise adoption.
  • Experience engaging with senior enterprise stakeholders, including executive decision-makers.
  • Experience coordinating strategy across multiple product teams while influencing without formal authority.
  • Commercial judgement, with the ability to connect product decisions to customer value, retention, and business outcomes.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Uses AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve research, analysis, prioritisation, and customer insight.

Desirable criteria

  • Experience within workplace productivity, HR technology, or assistive technology.
  • Familiarity with neurodiverse workplace needs or disability inclusion in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with product suites or platform products spanning multiple teams.
  • Experience in product-led growth, enterprise onboarding, or customer success-aligned product management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise deployment, licensing, and procurement processes.
  • Experience working in a scale-up or post-acquisition environment.
