President – Passenger Transportation & Charter Services

Our executive search firm is recruiting a President for an established passenger transportation and charter services provider. This executive will guide national growth, strengthen operating performance, and position the organization for long-term commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the company’s long-term strategic and operational direction.
• Lead executives across operations, sales, finance, safety, fleet management, and customer service.
• Strengthen profitability, asset utilization, service reliability, and organizational performance.
• Identify opportunities for geographic expansion, acquisitions, partnerships, and new service offerings.
• Oversee annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment priorities.
• Maintain relationships with major customers, transportation partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
• Guide fleet strategy while balancing capacity, maintenance requirements, and customer demand.
• Present performance results and strategic recommendations to ownership or the board.

Requirements

12+ years of progressive executive leadership experience.

Senior leadership experience within transportation, charter services, aviation, mobility, logistics, or another asset-intensive industry.

Demonstrated success leading a complex, multi-market organization.

Strong commercial, operational, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.

Experience managing fleet-dependent services, regulated operations, or geographically dispersed teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in business, transportation, logistics, or a related field is required.

An MBA or comparable advanced degree is preferred.

Willingness to travel periodically for operational reviews, customer meetings, and industry events.
