PMHNP (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner) - Holistic Mental Health Care (Contract)

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model.

• Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist.
• This is a 1099 contract, expected to average up to 5-10 hours a week.
• Conduct 60-minute intake and 20-30 minute follow-ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length.
• Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices.

Who You Are

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced candidate with the following qualifications:

• An Active Board Certified MD (Maryland) PMHNP license in good standing.
• Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in our open or coming soon markets.
• RN Compact licensure preferred; no DEA required (we do not prescribe controlled substances).
• Minimum one year of experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population.
• 6+ months of telehealth experience.
• A solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period.
• Grounded in evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and guide clinical care.
• An empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high-quality mental health care.
• Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite, along with an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently.
