- Lead all aspects of the contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, extensions, renewals, offboarding, and compliance.
- Partner with the broader People Team on ad hoc projects as they arise, and support additional HR responsibilities as needed to improve HR service delivery and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate closely with the People Team to ensure all employees have a positive experience throughout their end-to-end journey with the company.

- Brings a high level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with maturity and discretion is a must.
- Has a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities while demonstrating excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Is excellent with data entry, data auditing, and working with large data sets to identify and correct discrepancies and recommend solutions.
- Has familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday experience is a strong plus).

- Is customer-service oriented and approaches every employee interaction with professionalism.
