At Harrison.ai, we’re redefining what’s possible in healthcare. Through our diagnostic AI solutions, we’re building tools that support clinicians to deliver earlier, more accurate diagnoses and raise the standard of care for millions of patients worldwide.

Our mission is bold but simple: to scale global healthcare capacity and create a fairer, healthier world. By using AI as a co-pilot for clinicians, we’re tackling one of healthcare’s biggest challenges—the shortage of human expertise—and giving every patient the chance to access timely, high-quality care, no matter where they live.

Because while we’re building cutting-edge AI, what we’re really building is hope—that everyone can access the healthcare they deserve.

About Your Role

The People Experience Lead, US partners closely with the Chief People Officer to shape and deliver the people vision for the US team, spanning Harrison.ai and the non-clinical people services Harrison.ai provides to Frontier Radiology, an affiliated US teleradiology practice. This is a senior generalist role across the full employee lifecycle: performance, leadership, culture, capability, wellbeing, and talent, operating with a high degree of autonomy and judgment.

The US team is young, deliberately small, and building a clinical delivery business from close to first principles, with the backing of an established global scale-up behind it. This role will be pivotal to designing those core people processes in an AI-native, squad-based operating model. Much of the US population is clinical, so we are looking for someone who has supported clinician groups before, whether radiologists, physicians, or other licensed clinicians, and understands what the people work looks like around them. Rather than managing the team, the role coaches and mentors both the People Experience team and peers across other squads, lifting people capability wherever it is needed. It suits a senior generalist who wants real autonomy in a three-day workweek and partners day to day with our Managing Director/Founder, US squad, and the wider leadership team as a trusted people advisor.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the Chief People Officer to shape and deliver the people vision, strategy, and priorities for the US team

  • Deliver end-to-end generalist support across the US employee lifecycle: partnering, onboarding, performance, development, remuneration cycles, engagement, and offboarding

  • Advise and upskill US squad leads and managers as a trusted partner on people matters, including performance, difficult conversations, team health, and capability

  • Own and continuously improve US people programs, processes, and policies, including multi-state employment compliance, benefits, and leave, keeping them fit for a remote, AI-native, squad-based organization

  • Partner with the Credentialing, Licensing & Privileging Manager and the physician recruitment team so people processes join up across the US team, without taking on credentialing or clinical decisions

  • Coach and mentor the People Experience team, building their capability and confidence

  • Use people data and insights to identify trends and drive proactive, evidence-based decisions

  • Champion Harrison.ai's culture and values, and lead engagement, wellbeing, and belonging initiatives across a distributed US team

  • Manage complex or sensitive employee-relations matters with sound judgment and discretion, escalating to the Chief People Officer and US counsel where needed

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 5 years of generalist HR/People experience, including time in a senior or lead capacity

  • US-based, with hands-on multi-state US employment experience across employee relations, compliance, benefits, and leave

  • Experience supporting clinician populations (radiologists, physicians, or other licensed clinicians), in a health system, teleradiology, or telehealth setting

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and executives to shape and deliver people strategy

  • Deep, hands-on expertise across the full employee lifecycle: talent, performance, remuneration, engagement, and employee relations

  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of building capability in others without direct management authority

  • Sound judgment and discretion handling complex, sensitive, and confidential people matters, and the ability to prioritize ruthlessly across a three-day workweek

Nice to have skills and characteristics:

  • Experience in a health system or a rapidly scaling health or technology organization

  • Teleradiology or telehealth experience

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, business, psychology, or a related field

  • Familiarity with squad/agile-style or non-hierarchical operating models, and with multi-entity MSO/PC structures

  • Exposure to people analytics tools and data-driven people decision-making

  • A deep interest in being part of an AI-native organization and the possibilities it brings
