About the Role

We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to build Xolo's partner channel from a set of promising one-offs into a real, predictable source of growth. Our customers (freelancers, business owners, and solopreneurs) across Europe already live inside communities, newsletters, tool ecosystems, and creator audiences that we don't own. Your job is to turn those places into a channel: co-marketing with companies serving the same audience, an affiliate programme that actually converts, and influencer partnerships that hold up commercially rather than just looking good.

✍️ As a Partnership Manager at Xolo, you will:

  • Build and own Xolo's partnership strategy, deciding which partner types are worth our time and which aren't.
  • Identify, research, and shortlist partner targets across co-marketing, affiliates, and influencers in our priority markets.
  • Run outreach end-to-end, from first contact through negotiation to a signed agreement.
  • Nurture partner relationships after launch so they keep producing, rather than going quiet after the first campaign.
  • Design and run the affiliate programme, including commission structure, tracking, payouts, and partner enablement materials.
  • Plan and ship co-marketing activities together with our Growth and Product teams.
  • Own the operational backbone of the channel — contracts, CRM hygiene, tracking links, attribution, and performance reporting against signups, revenue, and CAC.
  • Cut, renegotiate, or double down on partnerships based on what the numbers actually say.
  • Bring partner and audience feedback back to Growth and Product so we improve the offering itself.

🧩 What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • At least 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, partner marketing, affiliate management, business development, or influencer marketing, ideally in a SaaS or fintech setting.
  • A track record you can point to: partnerships you personally sourced, closed, and grew, with numbers attached.
  • Comfort owning a commercial number. You've been measured on revenue or CAC, not just on activities shipped.
  • Strong written outreach skills in English and the persistence to work a target list without being pushed.
  • Hands-on comfort with the mechanics: affiliate platforms, tracking links, UTMs, attribution, CRM, and basic performance analysis.
  • A self-starter's temperament — this channel doesn't exist in its mature form yet, and you'll be the one building it.
  • Bonus: Spanish or Italian, experience with creator/influencer deals, or familiarity with the freelancer and business owner ecosystem.

💭 Why Work at Xolo?

  • A team of Mavericks: We aspire to challenge the norm by encouraging bold thinking and embracing the unconventional.
  • We run like Clockwork: While we champion innovation, we also believe in operational excellence. Our processes are designed to be smart, efficient, and finely tuned.
  • Our Big-hearted nature: You’ll work alongside mission-driven individuals who not only bring brilliance to the table but also lead with empathy.
