Partnership Manager (Romanian Market)

The role of **Partnership Manager (Romanian Market)** requires a proactive, results-driven individual to build and maintain long-term partnerships with schools and educational institutions, helping them find the right solutions for their students.

The Role:

• Maintain and develop communication with current partners across Romania.
• Attract potential school partners (public and private) through calls, emails, and online meetings with decision-makers.
• Present Abakus’s products and educational programs, negotiate, and conclude partnership agreements.
• Ensure partner information remains accurate and up-to-date.
• Represent the company at educational exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
• Contribute to the growth of the Romanian market by expanding the partner network and achieving measurable business goals.
• Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Native-level Romanian (essential for client and partner interactions).
• Working-level English or Russian (for internal team communication).
• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnership management, or education.
• Experience working with schools, educational institutions, or the public sector is a plus.
• Intercultural awareness with an understanding of the Romanian education system and business customs.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, and chat platforms.
• Proactive, self-organized, and comfortable working fully remotely.
• Stress-resistant, as the sales cycle is long and decisions are multi-level.
• Additional advantage: Existing contacts or acquaintances in the Romanian educational environment and willingness for occasional business trips (school visits, exhibitions).

Benefits:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00–16:00 (5–6 hours per day).
• Compensation: €700/month fixed + €200 bonus for task completion (gross).
