About TUSHY: TUSHY (hellotushy.com) is a fast-growing, highly disruptive omnichannel ecommerce brand on a definitive mission to revolutionize modern bathroom hygiene. By creating thoughtful, category-defining products that challenge status-quo conventions, we reduce waste, elevate personal wellness, and bring environmental consciousness into homes worldwide. Operating as a lean, hyper-collaborative distributed team, we reject bureaucratic friction in favor of radical transparency, extreme ownership, and strong execution, treating every contributor as a trusted strategic partner built to move initiatives forward independently.
Position Overview
We are seeking a sharp, highly methodical, and systems-minded Operations Manager to join our centralized execution division under a permanent, full-time remote framework within the United States. Operating at the center of our omnichannel business architecture, you will step up to claim direct day-to-day workflow coordination, data integrity audits, and multi-channel fulfillment accountability across our DTC, Amazon, retail, wholesale, and third-party logistics (3PL) landscapes. Shifting completely away from entry-level administrative clerical data entry or basic customer helpdesk ticketing, you will run an active inventory transfer tracking, digital tool integration, and cross-functional deadline enforcement laboratory—partnering face-to-face with executive leaders across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Product, CX, and Marketing. This position requires an operational specialist with 4+ years of backend ecommerce depth who maps complex processes fluidly natively using Project Management frameworks, evaluates data patterns cleanly within advanced spreadsheets, and directs multi-tier marketplace expansions confidently under fast-paced timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Operations Execution: Own and drive recurring, time-sensitive operational workflows balancing inventory allocations across DTC storefronts, Amazon FBA grids, major retail networks, and external 3PL fulfillment hubs.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Supervise inbound freight movements, schedule structured warehouse transfers, execute programmatic item setup templates, and manage order-routing logic rules to ensure launch readiness.
- Systems and Data Hygiene: Audit, maintain, and verify flawless data accuracy fields across core internal nodes, including Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, internal ERP/OMS layers, EDI bridges, and planning applications natively utilizing Project Management protocols.
- SOP and Dashboard Architecture: Design, document, and iterate structured standard operating procedures (SOPs), tracking files, automated macros, and visual data dashboards that reduce manual labor and scale infrastructure.
- Marketplace Project Management: Lead cross-functional digital initiatives independently—including product assortment expansions, digital content updates, and delivery speed improvements—while preserving clear timelines and partner accountability.
- Vendor and Warehouse Communication: Act as the primary technical point of contact for freight brokers, multi-node warehouses, and retail vendors, troubleshooting logistics exceptions and tracking partner KPI compliance dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of verified professional experience operating in an ecommerce operations, supply chain management, or high-accountability business operations capacity.
- Outstanding spreadsheet modeling strengths in Google Sheets and Excel, with the analytical ability to build robust data models and parse operational patterns.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple competing operational workflows independently inside a fast-moving, distributed corporate setting.
- Excellent communication strengths in English, displaying the directness, professional tracking capability, and persistence required to hold internal and external teams accountable to deadlines.
- Deep process improvement mindset, possessing an innate bias for action, high attention to structural detail, and a habit of presenting data-backed solutions.
- Timezone Alignment Parameters: Must be available for full-time daily synchronization during US Eastern Time (EST) working hours, maintaining core availability from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
- Location Context: Position features 100% remote parameters open to qualified candidates operating from any verified home workspace within the United States.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Direct, hands-on administrative familiarity navigating modern ecommerce ecosystems like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, enterprise ERP/OMS tools, and EDI frameworks.
- Prior practical experience tracking company sprints and launch calendars using collaborative management tools like Monday.com.
What We Offer
- Transparent, Competitive Compensation Blueprint: A definitive annual base salary ranging between $70,000 – $80,000 USD, calibrated to your unique background, operational depth, and market experience.
- Comprehensive health insurance benefits portfolio, featuring 6 distinct Medical plans alongside dedicated Dental and Vision coverage options.
- Direct integrated access to modern premier wellness networks, including One Medical, Teladoc, Talkspace, and Kindbody.
- Robust retirement framework via a 401(k) investment program augmented by a structured employer matching contribution grid.
- Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) allowances, dedicated Company Paid Holidays, and highly valued flexible Summer Fridays.
- A $500 Annual Personal Development Stipend to expand your skillset, alongside an annual corporate charitable donation matching program.
- A full suite of premium TUSHY hygiene infrastructure setup for your home workspace, plus 5 complementary TUSHY bidet setups annually to distribute to friends and family.
