About the role

The Operations Manager executes core operational functions that are key in the day-to-day operations of the company. Sitting at the intersection of external suppliers and internal teams, the operations manager helps to quarterback a variety of tasks across divisions. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily operations of Canceled orders, Late shipments, Supplier reach outs and FedEx case and claim investigations
  • Review and update SOP’s based off new processes and procedures
  • Manage team of employees to ensure accuracy in daily tasks
  • Inventory auditing and reconciliation
  • Adaptability to jump in to multiple tasks throughout the day
  • Assist the Sr. Operations Manager on contacting low performing suppliers

Eligibility Requirements

  • Available to work full shifts till 3pm PST
  • Self motivated to get your tasks done timely
  • Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and mentor operations staff to foster leadership growth and team performance.
  • Establish productivity goals and develop processes for monitoring performance across 5–7 operations associates.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments (e.g., Customer Service, Marketing) to align operational processes with company goals.
  • Evaluate and implement new software solutions to improve operational workflows.
  • Call suppliers to get the status of past-due orders.
  • Oversee the processing of cancellation requests from the customer service team.
  • Oversee the processing of FedEx missing tire cases and perform investigations when needed.
  • Oversee the processing of sales orders for Tires-Easy owned locations.
  • Perform inventory audit trails and adjustments.
  • Maintain phone availability for warehouse questions regarding orders and performance.
  • Train team members on different tasks throughout the department.

  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products
  • Proficiency in data processing
  • High speed Wi-Fi connection at home office
  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • You’re a great team member with a can-do attitude; you’re self-reflective
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
