Are you ready to kick-start your career in a dynamic and rewarding role? Luna Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join us as an Onboarding Associate.

As an Onboarding Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our new and existing patients, responsible for answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments with our network of physical therapists. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism to ensure outstanding customer service and patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, metrics-driven call center environment.
  • Manage patient registration, scheduling, rescheduling, and healthcare provider communications.
  • Accurately collect and document patient demographics, medical history, insurance, and appointment information.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails while providing empathetic, solution-focused support.
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to perform data entry, screen sharing, and patient guidance.
  • Adapt to changing processes, technology, and business priorities.
  • Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity, accountability, and schedule adherence.
  • Maintain a distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
  • Meet established quality, productivity, and performance expectations.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of Office Admin experience required.
  • Demonstrates a high level of customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • 1 year of call/contact center or other high call volume experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Google Suite.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work in the US without restriction.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet and a backup option required for uninterrupted connectivity.
  • Remote role eligibility confirmed during early hiring stages; must reside outside of a 50-mile radius from the Nashville office.

Available Shift Options

  • Days of the Week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (M, T, W, Th, F)

  • PST: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • CST: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

  • EST: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
