The role of an Offer Curation Specialist is pivotal to NoGigiddy’s mission. This position focuses on curating high-quality earning opportunities, ensuring users aren’t overwhelmed by low-value or illegitimate options. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a user-centric mindset, and the ability to make quick, informed judgments about what’s worth someone’s time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate incoming offers from CPA networks and direct partners for quality, legitimacy, and relevance.
• Apply NoGigiddy’s curation standards to approve or reject offers based on predefined criteria.
• Categorize approved offers by type, payout structure, and user intent (e.g., earning, financial tools, gig work).
• Write concise, clear descriptions for approved offers to set accurate user expectations.
• Monitor live offers for complaints, low conversions, or quality degradation, flagging underperforming or problematic ones.
• Collaborate with the CPA network team to remove or address problematic offers.
• Maintain the offer database with updated statuses, categories, and metadata.

Requirements:

• No degree required.
• Strong judgment and skepticism—ability to quickly identify sketchy or low-quality offers.
• Highly detail-oriented with the capacity to evaluate large volumes of content consistently.
• Clear, concise writing skills to craft honest and readable offer descriptions.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and content management tools.
• Interest in the gig economy, personal finance, or consumer earning platforms.
