Norwegian Customer Support Specialist for Canon

What will you be doing?

Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities may vary. You can expect to:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat and email
• Answer questions and troubleshoot technical issues
• Follow up on cases and make sure they are resolved efficiently
• Escalate more complex issues when needed
• Build strong and professional relationships with customers and partners
• Work towards individual and team targets
• Follow standard diagnostic procedures and find effective solutions
• Exchange ideas and solutions with your international colleagues
• And of course, do your best to turn every customer into a happy customer!

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Fluent Norwegian and good English skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• A positive, customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
