About Beyond Finance: At Beyond Finance, we have made it our mission to help everyday Americans escape the endless cycle of crippling debt and step confidently into a brighter financial future. Through compassionate, individualized care, a steadfast corporate culture focused on ethical compliance, supportive user-centric technology frameworks, and highly customized financial solutions, we have successfully guided over 1 million clients on their path to economic relief. We cultivate an inclusive, mission-driven organization of collaborators dedicated to scaling our financial health platforms across the United States.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, empathetic, and relationship-driven Negotiations Specialist to join our global financial operations cell under a permanent, full-time remote arrangement. In this business-critical client-relief role, you will take operational ownership of our high-volume delinquency portfolios, working directly on behalf of individuals to coordinate, structure, and settle delinquent creditor accounts for optimal savings outcomes. Shifting completely away from routine back-office bookkeeping, non-regulated legal file transcribing, or simple entry-level telephone support ticketing, you will run an active account triage, batch settlement optimization, and external relationship management laboratory. This position requires a financial support professional who balances consumer account queues fluidly natively using Bookkeeping and finance operations guidelines, evaluates debt metrics cleanly across multiple collection agencies to consolidate settlement leverage, inputs transaction parameters systematically within Salesforce CRM systems, and handles client inquiries confidently to deliver life-changing financial relief.

Key Responsibilities

  • Debt Resolution & Account Governance: Establish, grow, and manage strategic relationships with external collection partners and agencies to effectively settle delinquent consumer accounts natively utilizing Bookkeeping standards.
  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee, review, and evaluate client account balances and payment histories to determine optimal payoff strategies and structure individualized resolution tracks.
  • Leverage Batch Consolidation: Utilize modern analytical tools and company resources to pool common debts across multiple client portfolios, maximizing negotiation leverage with financial groups.
  • CRM Telemetry Logging: Enforce precise data hygiene standards, tracking account notes, interaction records, and settlement milestones cleanly within Salesforce CRM.
  • Queue Optimization: Demonstrate outstanding time management, task prioritization, and multitasking skills to process automated account queues efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal compliance, client success, and processing cells to ensure all finalized settlements align completely with industry ethics regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional history operating within a debt settlement, banking support, billing coordination, collections, or related administrative financial operations role.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and active listening communication strengths in English, with an established ability to navigate difficult financial conversations firmly and empathetically.
  • High technology and software literacy, with direct preference given to applicants possessing hands-on operational familiarity with Salesforce CRM or matching database trackers.
  • Highly detail-oriented structural mindset with exceptional organizational habits and a client-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong commitment to collective teamwork, collaborative process iteration, and thriving inside a fast-paced remote work layout.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote geographic guidelines open to qualified professionals residing permanently within the United States.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Possess a formal Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or Actuarial Science).
  • Prior experience operating within a fast-growing financial technology, consumer debt relief, or highly regulated credit counseling environment.
  • Familiarity with consumer credit reporting regulations, financial statement tracking, or automated ledger entry procedures.

What We Offer

  • Hourly Base + High-Upside Commission: A predictable base salary rate of $21 - $21 USD/hr, supplemented by a lucrative uncapped monthly sales commission structure tied directly to the volume of debt negotiated.
  • 100% remote work infrastructure independence, enabling you to drive impactful financial relief missions from your home office.
  • Comprehensive Health Protection: Considerable company employer contributions towards premium Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage packages.
  • Retirement savings security through an enterprise-backed 401(k) program featuring an attractive employer matching structure.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) allowances, observed national paid holidays, merit advancement tracks, continuous career training, and a highly welcoming, flat community culture.
