Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally analytical, data-driven, and player-centric Mobile Gaming Product Owner to join our centralized entertainment division under a permanent, full-time remote framework within India. Operating at the heart of our core gaming platform, you will step up to claim direct product backlog prioritization, engineering sprint execution, and competitive title delivery accountability across our high-traffic casual gaming networks. Shifting completely away from entry-level project scheduling, non-technical graphic design tweaking, or generic copy generation, you will run an active game mechanics balancing, virtual economy tracking, and real-time live operations (LiveOps) tuning laboratory—partnering face-to-face with core game designers, digital media content creators, platform database architects, and global technical directors. This position requires a product management specialist with an uncompromised background shipping mobile games who structures feature dependencies fluidly natively using Game Dev frameworks, evaluates player retention mechanics cleanly within complex analytics suites, and directs cross-functional engineering squads confidently to optimize monetization levers.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Backlog Architecture: Own, define, and prioritize the complete technical product backlog for our mobile game titles and supporting competitive platforms, keeping sprints strictly synchronized with the overarching corporate roadmap.
• Game Feel and Session Calibration: Fine-tune core casual gameplay mechanics, balance session pacing curves, optimize difficulty levels, and adjust core loops to maximize raw user enjoyment and active session velocity.
• Business Metric Auditing: Monitor, analyze, and optimize core app performance indicators and database trends, including user retention curves, session patterns, ARPDAU (Average Revenue Per Daily Active User), conversion funnels, and customer lifetime value (LTV) models.
• LiveOps and Economy Ownership: Strategize, design, and deploy high-impact LiveOps frameworks natively utilizing Game Dev mechanics, controlling automated events, reward missions, character progression systems, and dual-currency in-game virtual economies.
• Technical Story Translation: Partner closely with development teams to disassemble broad concept pitches into crystal-clear, highly technical user stories, actionable jira components, and reliable acceptance criteria.
• Cross-Functional Scrum Coordination: Lead daily synchronization loops connecting creative game designers, frontend asset artists, and backend infrastructure developers to guarantee smooth code shipping windows from prototype to production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional experience operating as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Game Producer within the mobile gaming industry.
• Shipped Title Requirement: Direct, verifiable experience launching and maintaining at least one mobile game title available within public app stores.
• In-depth structural comprehension of casual mobile game mechanics, user progression systems, virtual monetization levers, and the mathematical balances that keep in-game virtual economies stable.
• Strong data-driven mindset with advanced problem-solving capabilities, transforming complex player behavioral insights into concrete, actionable engineering requirements.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication strengths in English, showcasing the leadership capability required to direct cross-functional technical teams fluously.
• Location Context: Position operates under a remote-first layout open to qualified engineering and product specialists residing and working from any home setup across India.
