Founded in 2018 by Nate Hill and Michael Walker, and headquartered in Gilbert, Arizona, Strive Pharmacy specializes in crafting bespoke medications that address niche therapeutic needs—particularly in mental health, hormone therapy, and weight management—where standardized treatments often fall short. Unlike traditional pharmacies, Strive leverages **503A compounding** to tailor formulations to individual patient requirements, ensuring precision dosing and specialized drug combinations. This approach empowers healthcare providers to offer innovative solutions, such as semaglutide and tirzepatide for weight loss, through partnerships with major telehealth networks. The company’s triple-accredited status underscores its commitment to regulatory compliance and quality. Backed by a modest but strategic funding round of **$103K in July 2019**, Strive has scaled to over 1,000 employees while expanding its operational footprint, including a new headquarters in Mesa, Arizona.
