Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, and young adults.
• Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning through the Care Dashboard.
• Manage a flexible caseload (minimum 5 hours/week) tailored to your lifestyle.
• Specialize in low-acuity cases, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an active, independent clinical license for the state of Arizona (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist).
• 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics.
• Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth.
• Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.
• Spanish fluency is a significant plus.
