About the Client

Our client is a multi-brand e-commerce and digital marketing business focused on growing brands through channels such as TikTok Shop, creators and affiliates, Meta Ads, Shopify, Amazon, and organic social. The company operates in a fast-moving environment where multiple brands, campaigns, and marketing functions need to stay aligned. This role is focused on bringing structure, accountability, and operational efficiency to that growth environment.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to bring structure, organization, and accountability to projects across our marketing and creative teams. Operating across multiple brands, departments, and marketing channels, we need someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and moving pieces simultaneously.

The ideal candidate has a background managing marketing projects for U.S.-based DTC marketing agencies or in-house DTC brands. They should have experience overseeing complex, multi-channel initiatives with a minimum of $1 million in monthly marketing or advertising budgets across the projects they manage.

Projects should include experience across key DTC channels and platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify, with a strong understanding of how these channels, teams, and campaigns work together.

This person will ensure projects stay aligned and on track by establishing clear deliverables, ownership, timelines, and priorities. They will help the team maintain visibility, follow through on commitments, and identify potential blockers before they become problems.

We are not looking for a generic corporate Project Manager. We want someone who has been close to marketing, creative, DTC, creators, paid media, e-commerce, or agency work and understands the pace and complexity of this environment. Experience simply managing tickets, scheduling meetings, or updating project boards is not enough. The ideal candidate has worked somewhere with multiple brands, campaigns, departments, and deadlines moving at the same time—and knows how to bring order to that environment.

Responsibilities

* Manage multiple projects across multiple brands and departments

* Create clear timelines, deliverables, owners, priorities, and deadlines

* Keep projects and team members aligned, accountable, and on track

* Follow up on outstanding tasks and make sure important work gets completed

* Identify blockers, missed handoffs, and potential delays before they become problems

* Keep leadership updated on project status, priorities, and risks

* Improve internal processes, workflows, and organization

* Coordinate across marketing, creative, creators, paid media, social, e-commerce, and leadership

* Help ensure launches, campaigns, and important deadlines do not fall through the cracks

AREAS YOU WILL WORK ACROSS:

• TikTok Shop • UGC & creative strategy

• TikTok creators / affiliates • Trybe / creator programs

• Shopify • Organic social / social management

• Meta Ads • Creative production

• Amazon • Product launches & campaigns

* You do not need to personally execute every channel, but you should understand how modern digital marketing and creative teams operate.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

* Everyone knows what they are responsible for and what matters most

* Priorities and deadlines are clear and visible

* Leadership can quickly understand where projects stand

* Blockers are identified early instead of becoming last-minute emergencies

* Teams communicate and execute effectively across departments

* Processes continuously improve as the company grows

* The organization becomes more structured without becoming slower or overly corporate

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing marketing projects for a U.S.-based DTC marketing agency or in-house DTC brand.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-channel projects involving a minimum of $1 million in monthly marketing or advertising budgets.

  • Hands-on experience with projects across Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, paid media, creative, and cross-functional workflows.

  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong at follow-up.

  • Able to establish ownership, maintain accountability, and ensure deliverables are completed on time while maintaining strong working relationships.

  • Able to identify inefficiencies and help improve systems, processes, and project workflows.

  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and operating in a fast-moving environment.

  • Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar project management tools.
