The Role
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Assistant to help keep our marketing function accurate, efficient, and moving forward.
Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you’ll maintain the data, budgets, trackers and processes behind our campaigns. You’ll work across the marketing team to make sure information is reliable, assets are organized, and projects stay on track.
What You’ll Do
Maintain marketing budgets and trackers: Keep budget spreadsheets, campaign trackers, and operational documentation accurate, organized, and up to date.
Improve marketing data quality: Update contact records, remove duplicates, process out-of-office responses, and support the ongoing accuracy of our marketing database and CRM.
Support campaign operations: Organize campaign data, briefs, and assets so activities are ready to launch and deadlines are met.
Coordinate marketing projects: Track actions, follow up with stakeholders, and help campaigns and day-to-day marketing activities stay on schedule.
Support reporting and performance analysis: Help prepare recurring marketing reports and dashboards, with opportunities to run and interpret GA4 reports.
Develop hands-on marketing technology skills: Create and update website pages through our CMS and learn to work with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
Keep the team running smoothly: Provide dependable administrative and operational support, identify gaps, and take ownership of routine tasks that improve how the marketing team works.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail and a consistently high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Confidence using Google Sheets; Microsoft Excel experience is also relevant
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, trackers, and repeatable processes
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote working environment
- A proactive, reliable approach and willingness to learn unfamiliar systems
- Interest in marketing operations, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing technology
- Any relevant experience gained through employment, internships, or practical projects
Experience with HubSpot or another CRM, GA4, WordPress, Elementor, a website CMS, marketing automation, budget tracking or campaign reporting would be helpful—but it is not required.

Termgrid
View Company ProfileTermgrid (operating under termgrid.com) is a category-defining operating system and financial technology platform designed to streamline deal management, execution, and portfolio oversight within private capital markets. Founded in 2019 by seasoned enterprise private equity investor Dipish Rai and technology executive Vishal Singh, the platform addresses the heavy operational friction, security vulnerabilities, and error-prone tracking systems traditionally inherent to private debt financing and direct credit transactions. Termgrid acts as a centralized, secure single source of truth for all transactional counter-parties, explicitly serving private equity sponsors, institutional lenders, corporate borrowers, and debt advisory teams. The company's modular SaaS ecosystem features a robust 'Deal Dashboard' to track live capital market transactions, a 'Terms Database' that creates an automated institutional system of record for highly complex commercial covenants, and a unique 'Grid Negotiation' interface that standardizes and automates bidding procedures from multiple credit providers. Beyond deal execution, the platform integrates AI-powered precedent term search and automated portfolio management, enabling deal professionals to track historical financing trends, manage complex consolidated capital structures, and monitor credit covenants without manual spreadsheet extraction. Trusted by more than 1,600 leading financial institutions globally—including elite market leaders and four of the top five global private equity firms—Termgrid manages over $1 trillion in financing volume on its infrastructure. Headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, with dedicated operational and engineering hubs in New York and London, Termgrid continuously drives transparency, drastically cuts down transaction times, and minimizes execution risks for the elite tiers of global high finance.
