BlueCat—a Great Place to Work—solves critical network challenges for global enterprises. Our Intelligent Network Operations platform delivers AI-driven agentic ops at scale, automating and simplifying network management, security, and optimization. We empower digital transformation for organizations like Meta, PwC, Bank of America, Porsche, SAP, The Home Depot, and Uber.

BlueCat’s unified management lifecycle—from provisioning to proactive troubleshooting—enhances agility and mitigates risk in rapidly evolving environments. Our three product lines are:

  • Integrity (on-prem DDI—DNS, DHCP & IPAM for large organizations)
  • Edge/Micetro (cloud-managed DDI)
  • Live (network observability)

Each product line includes security intelligence capabilities for enterprises.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve pricing and packaging strategy across enterprise infrastructure software, SaaS, and appliance-based solutions.
  • Analyze product line performance, including revenue, growth, margins, attach rates, and lifecycle trends.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and segmentation analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and investment decisions.
  • Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and monetization.
  • Lead transitions from perpetual/license-based models to subscription and consumption-based pricing aligned with NetOps use cases.
  • Establish pricing governance, discounting frameworks, and deal structures for enterprise customers.
  • Partner with Sales on complex enterprise deals, providing data-driven pricing guidance.
  • Drive pricing consistency and scalability across global sales channels, partners, and cloud marketplaces.
  • Develop forecasting models and business cases to guide portfolio investment.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting connecting product performance, market trends, and pricing outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in pricing, product management, business analytics, finance, or strategy within enterprise technology companies.
  • Direct experience in network infrastructure, security, or enterprise software markets.
  • Experience pricing across on-prem software, SaaS/subscription, and/or appliance-based offerings.
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, market analysis, and business performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Finance, and executive leadership.
  • Experience working in organizations undergoing cloud and SaaS transformation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent experience in strategy or corporate finance.
  • Background in DDI, network observability, network security, or adjacent infrastructure markets.
  • Experience with usage-based, consumption, or hybrid pricing models.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales motions, deal desk processes, and CPQ systems.
  • Experience supporting public cloud marketplace pricing and packaging.
  • Track record of simplifying and rationalizing complex legacy pricing models.

BlueCat Networks is a premier, enterprise-grade Intelligent Network Operations (NetOps) platform engineered to orchestrate massive-scale core-network ecosystems and intelligent, frictionless infrastructure-automation workflows. Operating as a market-leading DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management) hub, the company eliminates the operational friction of traditional, legacy network-management models—which frequently suffer from manual configuration errors, fragmented visibility, and security-compliance bottlenecks—by seamlessly deploying advanced adaptive-DNS telemetry, rigorous cross-system automation architectures, and cohesive multi-cloud observability frameworks. Moving beyond rigid legacy network paradigms, BlueCat empowers global enterprises to dynamically synchronize their on-premises, branch, and public-cloud infrastructure pipelines with elite, scalable, and resilient autonomous execution. Under the hood, their sophisticated proprietary operational infrastructure—built on a foundation of API-first integration—natively manages complex network-data ingestion, instantaneous policy-enforcement routing, and automated self-healing workflows, providing the necessary operational foundation to support the "Intelligent Network of the Future." What sets BlueCat apart is its uncompromising dedication to frictionless network-orchestration; by bridging the gap between highly technical, performance-intensive infrastructure demands and accessible, enterprise-grade automation interfaces, the firm empowers modern engineering teams to radically accelerate their network-provisioning velocity, eliminate systemic reliability bottlenecks, and build an unassailable foundation for continuous commercial and institutional dominance in the modern, AI-transformed digital landscape.
