We are seeking an experienced Manager – Paid Media to lead and scale performance marketing initiatives across global markets. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing leader with expertise in paid media strategy, campaign optimization, attribution, and full-funnel growth. You will be responsible for developing high-impact acquisition strategies, optimizing marketing investments, and driving measurable business outcomes across multiple digital advertising platforms.
Working closely with Marketing, Product, Data, Engineering, Finance, and external partners, you will own the end-to-end paid media function—from strategic planning and budget allocation to performance analysis and team leadership. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with modern advertising platforms, and the ability to balance long-term growth initiatives with day-to-day campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business growth and customer acquisition objectives.
- Manage media budgets across products, regions, audiences, and digital channels while maximizing ROI, ROAS, CAC efficiency, and customer lifetime value.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display & Video advertising, Performance Max, App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
- Design audience segmentation, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and customer acquisition strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Establish robust measurement frameworks using attribution models, incrementality testing, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and performance analytics.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements across bidding strategies, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Conduct structured A/B testing to improve conversion rates, engagement, and advertising effectiveness.
- Build and manage affiliate marketing programs, partnership initiatives, and performance-based acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing teams to align paid media investments with broader business goals.
- Manage relationships with advertising platforms, agencies, and external vendors while ensuring service quality and performance accountability.
- Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards highlighting campaign performance, marketing efficiency, customer acquisition metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Evaluate emerging advertising technologies, AI-powered campaign capabilities, and industry trends to continuously improve marketing performance.
- Mentor and develop the paid media team while establishing best practices, operational processes, and performance standards.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 6+ years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing with a proven track record of managing large-scale digital campaigns.
- Strong expertise in paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Performance Max, Apple Search Ads, and other digital marketing ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition, attribution models, marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, and full-funnel performance measurement.
- Experience managing substantial advertising budgets while optimizing ROI, ROAS, CAC efficiency, LTV, and other key marketing metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and convert insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools, analytics platforms, dashboards, and marketing performance measurement solutions.
- Experience building and managing affiliate marketing or partner acquisition programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience leading high-performing teams, mentoring marketing professionals, and driving operational excellence.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, and emerging advertising technologies is an added advantage.
