About the Role

We’re hiring a Manager Business Development to join our Business Development team. This position leads day-to-day account and strategy workflows for 1-5 brands ensuring our creator marketing solutions and strategies translate into real business impact. Reporting to a Director or Sr. Director of Business Development & Account Leadership, you'll sit at the center of proposal development, program delivery, and client relationship-building. Our ideal candidate is organized and is equally comfortable getting into the weeds of research as they are being on a client call.

What You'll Do

  • Lead RFP & proposal development — Digest client briefs, synthesize trends and data, and project-manage responses cross-functionally: shaping influencer campaign strategies, curating agency offerings, building budgets, and presenting partnership approaches.
  • Support client onboarding — Guide Client Strategy teams through net-new account set-up and hand-off, including campaign kick-offs, partnership contracting, administrative workflows, and ensuring a smooth transition to day-to-day account leads.
  • Reporting & analytics collaboration — Partner with Analytics on performance hypotheses, translating learnings into strategic insights and sale enablement materials that drive further revenue growth.
  • Build client relationships — Manage regular touch-points, model strong client service, surface friction points to leadership, and stay fluent in trends, competitors, and industry landscape.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-4 years of direct experience in influencer marketing at an agency or PR firm
  • A balance of data-driven and creative thinking
  • Independent, critical thinking with the confidence to put ideas forward and refine them through feedback
  • Exceptional client servicing instincts and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • BA or equivalent

Requirements

  • Manager: At least 3 years direct experience in influencer marketing at an agency
  • Both left and right brain thinker, equally comfortable with data and creative thinking
  • Independent, critical thinker; comfortable putting ideas backed by rationale and V1s out there, then getting steers from colleagues and clients to refine the work
  • Exceptional client servicing skills and instincts; loves to develop strong relationships with clients
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Great communication skills—both internally and externally, written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently across a variety of tasks and manage time appropriately for projects
  • Thrives in the “undefined” and enjoys fast-changing, fast-paced working environments
  • Collaborative working style with positive attitude and enthusiasm for making great work happen!
  • BA or equivalent

Key Performance Indicators

  • Contributes exceptional and innovative work to assigned accounts by supporting our teams in delivering above & beyond client expectations
  • Demonstrates curiosity with a desire to learn from program data, collaborator content, industry trends and Collectively teammates
  • Self-manages competing assignments and deadlines
  • Goes above and beyond to deliver great work by thinking outside our process and pushing deliverables to be even stronger
  • Exhibits a collaborative and solutions-focused approach
  • Deftly navigates a variety of teams and personalities, creating a collaborative environment to foster great work
  • Remains current on best practices and emerging trends (industry and cultural)
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to improve client work
  • Consistently supports and elevates strategy and thinking in key deliverables across client engagement phases to reflect best-in-class agency work
