The Role
We are looking for a full-time Law School Admission Test (LSAT) Tutor who is passionate about education and driven to help students succeed. If you love mentoring, test prep, and empowering others, this is the role for you! You'll work one-on-one with students, create personalized study plans, and provide expert guidance to help them excel on every section of the LSAT.
This is a full-time, remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada, with 40 hours per week of tutoring scheduled around student availability—expect weekday evenings and weekends rather than a standard 9am–5pm block.
Responsibilities
- Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the LSAT exam, 40 hours per week
- Tailor an LSAT curriculum to students' needs
- Track and analyze student progress
- Create and maintain project trackers to monitor student progress
- Keep students' families up to date on progress
- Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Comfort and ability to teach all sections of the LSAT
- Take on additional income opportunities as they arise, such as leading webinars or training other tutors
Qualifications
- Have passed the LSAT in the 99th percentile (copy of official score report required)
- Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor's Degree or higher is required)
- Experienced in working with students, ideally experience tutoring the LSAT exam in the last 3 years
- 1–3 years of previous formal or informal teaching or tutoring experience desired
- Passionate about education
- Conscientious, punctual, reliable, and on top of organizational tasks
- Excellent at communicating with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proactive and efficient in your work
- Team-oriented and coachable
- Enthusiastic and positive! Ability to teach remotely, up to 40 hours per week

Compensation
- Total compensation: $60,000–$70,000/year
