About the Role
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and own our new business email and CRM lifecycle programs. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who knows how to turn complex products and buyer journeys into clear, effective nurture strategies that drive engagement and support revenue growth.
You’ll help shape how prospects experience SEON from their first touch through deeper evaluation, creating the programs, segmentation, messaging, and reporting needed to make lifecycle marketing a stronger growth lever for the business. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, someone who can build from scratch, move with urgency, and bring structure to an evolving function.
This is an opportunity to step into a role with real ownership and visibility. We’re investing in how we educate and nurture buyers, and this hire will play a central role in building that foundation. You’ll partner closely with teams across Marketing, Product Marketing, Operations, Data, and Content to influence how we go to market and how we turn demand into pipeline over time.
What You’ll Do
- Own all new business email and CRM lifecycle programs, including nurture strategy, audience design, journey logic, and ongoing optimization.
- Build lifecycle foundations from scratch, creating the programs, segmentation approach, and operating rhythm needed to support a scalable prospect journey.
- Design, launch, and optimize campaigns that use personalization, segmentation, and automation to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline influence.
- Write and refine compelling email messaging that helps buyers understand SEON’s value, differentiators, and use cases across personas, industries, and segments.
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to identify messaging gaps and translate complex product information into practical, high-performing campaigns.
- Develop hypotheses, run experiments across content, timing, targeting, and journey logic, and use results to improve lifecycle performance over time.
- Build clear reporting that shows campaign performance, engagement trends, and how nurture contributes to broader revenue outcomes.
- Work closely with Operations and Data teams to improve the CRM inputs that power strong segmentation, including areas like role, region, vertical, and company profile.
- Help shape the CRM and lifecycle infrastructure so programs are scalable, data quality is strong, and execution is efficient.
- Bring urgency and momentum to execution, balancing thoughtful strategy with the pace needed to get high-quality programs live quickly.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience owning CRM or lifecycle marketing programs in a B2B SaaS or similar digital environment.
- Proven experience building or significantly rebuilding lifecycle, nurture, or email programs rather than only optimizing a mature system.
- Strong email writing and messaging skills, with the ability to turn complex product information into clear, effective campaigns.
- Deep experience with segmentation, journey design, and behavioral targeting.
- Strong analytical judgment and confidence evaluating campaign performance, buyer behavior, and lifecycle impact.
- Experience working in CRM and marketing automation platforms, with the ability to use data to inform targeting, reporting, and optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Content, Product Marketing, Operations, and Data to bring programs to life.
- A strong bias toward action, with the urgency and ownership mindset to move quickly while maintaining quality.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Hockeystack, Dreamdata, or similar attribution and lifecycle platforms.
- Experience marketing to multiple personas, verticals, or company segments within a complex B2B environment.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve speed and workflow while maintaining strong judgment, product understanding, and message quality.
