View Company Profile

Peregrine Health (operating at peregrinehealth.com) is a behavioral health solutions provider engineered for community health centers, including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Rural Health Clinics (RHCs). Founded by Ryan Chapman and headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Peregrine Health specializes in expanding access to behavioral health care in underserved and rural populations where gaps in service are most pronounced. Unlike traditional standalone behavioral health providers, Peregrine Health integrates seamlessly with existing healthcare infrastructure, offering end-to-end service lines that include program design, management, and operational support. Under the hood, the company leverages partnerships and operational expertise to embed behavioral health services directly into primary care settings, ensuring continuity and reducing fragmentation. This allows community health centers to deliver comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder care without the overhead of standalone clinics. Backed by venture capital, including a $7 million funding round in December 2023 and a subsequent $5 million investment led by BIP Ventures, Peregrine Health is focused on scaling innovative technology and program development to deepen clinic integration and improve patient outcomes.
