Daybreak was built for exactly this stage of your career.

- Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows
- $35/hr individual sessions (12+) | $45/hr family therapy

- MonβFri 3β8 PM schedule β predictable, school-aligned hours
- No billing, no credentialing, no admin β we handle everything
- 90% of students say we matched them to the right clinician

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to Kβ12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. You'll participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and contribute to clinical program development.

Preferred
- Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
- Prior school-based or youth-focused experience

View Company ProfileDaybreak Health is a mission-driven digital health company focused exclusively on addressing the youth mental health crisis through comprehensive, school-based teletherapy programs. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Francisco, California, the company partners directly with school districts and over 50 health plans across the United States to provide K-12 students with accessible, evidence-based mental health support, regardless of their insurance status. By offering a hybrid approach that includes customized teletherapy, in-person therapy, universal screeners, and specialized programs for higher-risk subpopulations (such as BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ youth), Daybreak Health aims to treat students to a place of concrete, long-term improvement rather than just offering short-term transitional care. Trusted by top school districts and representing more than 1.5 million enrolled students, Daybreak actively improves academic outcomes by addressing the foundational mental health challenges that hinder a student's ability to learn, focus, and thrive.
