Position Overview

We are seeking a highly sophisticated, systems-minded Lead Technical Enablement Engineer to join our core global Technical Enablement division in a full-time remote capacity within India. Operating at the high-stakes intersection of cutting-edge technology, corporate education, and go-to-market field strategy, you will claim absolute individual accountability for designing, structuring, and delivering world-class enablement programs for our global Solutions Consulting organization. Moving completely past typical static textbook teaching, you will act as a primary technical unblocker, translating complex cloud security features and networking parameters into reusable, high-impact training curriculums. This high-agency role demands a seasoned pre-sales engineer or enterprise solutions architect who thrives in fast-changing, ambiguous environments and possesses top-tier communication mechanics to field-ramp distributed sales and engineering squads smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Curriculum Architecture: Architect, design, and expand engaging, reusable technical training programs, modular courses, and advanced learning modules tailored specifically for Sales Engineers (SE) and Technical Architects (TA).
  • High-Impact Bootcamp Facilitation: Lead, schedule, and facilitate high-velocity virtual and in-person technical Bootcamps, interactive sandbox workshops, and deep-dive technical presentation blocks for global audiences.
  • Solutions Consulting Onboarding Optimization: Streamline and accelerate field ramp-up timelines for the global Solutions Consulting organization, engineering seamless technical onboarding sequences.
  • Cross-Functional Content Alignment: Partner closely with Solutions Consulting Leadership, Product Management (PM), Product Marketing (PMM), and Learning Experience Delivery (LED) cells to continuously align training syllabi with upcoming product releases and evolving zero-trust priorities.
  • Skill Gap Diagnostic Analysis: Establish a highly analytical workspace matrix to identify hidden field engineering skill gaps, translating structural discoveries into measurable, actionable performance improvement plans.
  • Cybersecurity Stack Curation: Integrate deep practical insights regarding enterprise cloud security topologies, secure web gateways, zero-trust network access, and data protection into interactive educational pathways.
  • Multi-Project Stakeholder Governance: Manage and direct several concurrent technical enablement initiatives alongside cross-functional stakeholders, systematically delivering high-quality training assets in a rapid corporate environment.
  • Pragmatic Product Iteration: Act as a pragmatic builder, rolling up your sleeves to draft the first version of course sandboxes and lab environments yourself, balancing technical design excellence with real field demand indicators.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional or hands-on history running advanced Technical Enablement engineering, Pre-Sales solutions engineering, Post-Sales implementation architecture, or technical corporate developer coaching.
  • Strong, authoritative technical background navigating and troubleshooting enterprise cloud-native security setups, distributed networking structures, zero-trust models, or modern data protection layers.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, structuring, and delivering rigorous technical architectures and configuration guidelines to both highly technical engineering squads and non-technical business partners.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and visual presentation mechanics, with verified comfort facilitating live technical sessions across both interactive virtual channels and physical classrooms.
  • Excellent analytical mechanics, with a proven track record of diagnosing operational pipeline skill metrics and deploying actionable training interventions.
  • Location Context: Full-time operational parameters open exclusively to qualified technical training and pre-sales engineering specialists based permanently anywhere within India to operate 100% remotely from home.
