The role

As our product suite continues to grow and diversify, we're expanding our Legal team to keep pace - and we're looking for a Lawyer to partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Procurement on day-to-day legal matters.

You'll review and support commercial and procurement work, with real room to impact how Legal operates: improving processes and helping bring AI and automation tools into the function. It's a chance to grow beyond reactive contract review into building the playbooks, templates, and workflows that let the business move faster.

You'll work closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Procurement, helping each team move matters forward efficiently while keeping the right legal safeguards in place. You'll report directly to the Head of Legal.

What you will do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and procurement agreements of medium complexity, exercising judgment beyond standard playbooks when needed
  • Advise Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Procurement on day-to-day legal matters as a practical, business-oriented partner
  • Build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and self-service materials that let business teams handle standard legal processes independently
  • Drive automation of recurring legal work, including implementing and testing AI tools for contract review, drafting, and knowledge management
  • Research legal requirements across jurisdictions and translate them into clear, practical recommendations
  • Support Legal's ability to scale with the business by designing processes that don't add workload with every new deal

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a lawyer role, ideally within an IT company
  • Business-level English communication skills (B2 or above)
  • Proven experience and deep understanding of Intellectual Property law
  • Track record of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and vendor agreements, including matters that require judgment beyond a standard playbook
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with clear result-orientation
  • High level of flexibility, curiosity, and analytical thinking when approaching new tasks, with willingness to learn
  • Hands-on interest in applying AI and tech tools to legal workflows

Nice to have

  • Prior legal experience at a Big 4 firm or pharmaceutical company
