Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Large Provider Group (LPG) Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of some of Zocdoc’s largest and most strategic LPG partnerships. Serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, you’ll drive long-term growth through consultative selling, contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and expansion opportunities. You’ll navigate complex enterprise buying processes, lead multi-threaded sales motions, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable value for both your customers and Zocdoc.

Working closely with Client Success, Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, and Leadership, you’ll help shape customer strategy, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate adoption across some of the nation’s leading LPGs.   • Reviewing large data sets to formulate large strategic pitches that drive towards your client’s goal while positioning Zocdoc above our competition
  • Thrive in executive-level conversations and are confident presenting to C-suite leaders and key decision-makers across large health systems
  • Excel at navigating complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with stakeholders across clinical, operational, financial, IT, legal, and procurement teams
  • Are energized by uncovering expansion opportunities, leading commercial negotiations, and delivering solutions that create measurable value for your customers
  • Enjoy partnering cross-functionally to solve complex challenges and deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Prefer being in the field, building relationships face-to-face, and are excited by frequent travel to meet with customers
  • Are motivated by ambitious goals and view quota as the baseline, not the finish line

Your day to day is...

  • Identifying and executing on business development opportunities including provider expansion
  • Forecasting organic and inorganic growth projections across accounts
  • Building strategic relationships with existing clients across all functional areas (i.e. Operations, Marketing, Strategy, etc.) at the executive level and establish a trusted adviser relationship
  • Taking a proactive approach in identifying opportunities utilizing data and tools to improve booking performance
  • Developing, managing and executing against operational and commercial account strategies while holding clients accountable for their responsibilities in the partnership
  • Preparing for and leading regular business review discussions with client project lead and decision maker/executive teams with key takeaways and next steps
  • Providing guidance and support for the Client Success team supporting your accounts
  • Collaborating with an interdepartmental team of engineers, project managers, operations workers, and sales executives to ensure our clients are set up for success
  • Up to 50% travel

You’ll be successful in this role if you have...

  • 7-10 years of Enterprise advertising sales into Performance Marketing buyers
  • Consistently meet/exceed assigned quotas and achieved in top 10% of peers
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining C-Suite level client relationships with established boardroom presence
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications, CRM tools, Salesforce, and AI agents
  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
