Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, execution-oriented Junior Sales Enablement Manager to join our core centralized Global Sales Enablement organization in a full-time remote capacity within Germany. Sitting at the absolute structural bridge between corporate Product Marketing, Product Development, and Field Sales, this permanent entry-to-mid-level craft role is specifically engineered for an ambitious professional early in their career who is genuinely fascinated by B2B sales psychology, training architectures, and the exact mechanics of how complex enterprise software deals get won. You will claim individual operational accountability for translating raw marketing documentation, one-pagers, and feature updates into tactical, high-converting narratives that global Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) can instantly pitch to buyers. This high-visibility position requires a confident communicator who works hand-in-hand with the Head of Global Sales Enablement to turn product information into structured revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Seller-Ready Narrative Curation: Deconstruct and translate core product marketing assets—including product launches, campaign briefs, and feature summaries—into highly effective sales narratives, pitch flows, and conversational talk tracks natively utilizing Content Writer frameworks.
  • Sales Force Training and Enablement: Design, build, and deliver comprehensive training modules focusing on practical sales psychology, proactive discovery mechanics, objection handling, and structured MEDDIC or MEDDPICC-style qualification frameworks.
  • Content Library and Engine Governance: Own, organize, and continuously improve the centralized enablement content library, configuring Salesforce-linked corporate playbooks and structuring robust onboarding tracks for new sales hires.
  • Weekly Sales Deep Dive Co-Presentation: Step up onto a high-visibility recurring internal stage, co-presenting weekly Sales Deep Dive sessions covering competitive market intelligence, product feature adjustments, and text-based narrative refreshes to the global commercial collective.
  • Product Marketing Launch Alignment: Partner closely alongside internal Product Marketing managers on every development cycle, checking that distributed sellers are fully certified and ready to pitch on day one.
  • Enablement Metric Measurement and Auditing: Track and analyze enablement usage statistics, monitoring key commercial performance indicators—such as representative ramp times, content usage curves, and win rates—to optimize future training cycles.
  • AI-Accelerated Workflow Prototyping: Show demonstrable, daily fluency using advanced Large Language Models (Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) natively to accelerate script writing, conceptualize pitch flows, and synthesize extensive industry data.
  • Live Customer Meeting Integration: Proactively build your presentation muscles to grow into a customer-facing enablement voice, joining Account Executives in live customer meetings to present TrustYou’s story and lead software demos.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of verified professional history running B2B sales operations (as an SDR/BDR or junior AE), corporate marketing coordination, commercial copywriting, or sales enablement support, ideally within a SaaS workspace.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of slide layout structuring, with a production-tested capacity to design highly professional presentation narratives natively using Presentation Design principles in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
  • Completed university-level studies with an accredited degree in Business Management, Marketing, International Commerce, or a closely related quantitative or communications discipline.
  • Familiarity or baseline exposure working alongside enterprise relational data systems, text assets, and pipeline management interfaces natively leveraging Salesforce, Excel, and Word.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and oral presentation mechanics in fluent English, showcasing an absolute readiness to confidently deliver live training sessions to distributed internal audiences today.
  • Location Context: Parameters open exclusively to qualified enablement managers based permanently and resident within **Germany** to execute duties under our flexible 100% remote work-from-home model.
