Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, process-driven Junior Ad Operations Strategist to join our core centralized Product Development and sales support collective in a full-time remote capacity within Pune, India. In this critical early-career adtech seat, you will step up to claim individual strategic accountability for managing account expectations, aligning delivery workflows, and ensuring uncompromised project execution across the XPO ecosystem. Shifting completely away from simple data entry or passive client checking, you will serve as the chief “go-to” product knowledge anchor bridging the exchange path between external brand clients, operational planners, and internal technical units. This position requires an energetic media specialist with 1–3 years of digital agency or IT background who manipulates advanced data spreadsheets fluidly, handles concurrent campaign milestones smoothly under compressed deadlines, and translates abstract client objectives into highly successful ad delivery results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Business Objective Alignment: Partner directly with brand accounts and agency managers to identify advertising requirements, building a deep understanding of unique client target demographics and performance objectives.
  • End-to-End Campaign Delivery Coordination: Formulate, track, and manage cross-functional work plans, collaborating tightly alongside engineering, sales, and operations squads to secure successful, on-time advertisement delivery natively utilizing Sales Representative alignment methodologies.
  • Large-Scale Advertisement Performance Tracking: Extract, clean, and audit high-volume live campaign datasets, tracking performance indicators, delivery anomalies, and click metrics natively leveraging Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) formulas.
  • XPO Platform Customer Onboarding: Serve as an internal product training resource, accelerating clients’ technical understanding of the XPO interface, automated AI tools, and multi-channel configuration parameters.
  • Agile Campaign Review Curation: Coordinate with our core account team to systematically review historical delivery metrics, formulating net-new optimization strategies and proposal frameworks for upcoming brand campaigns.
  • Multi-Channel SLA Risk Mitigation: Monitor active execution boundaries and daily task priorities proactively, tracking and neutralizing launch bottlenecks across social, native display, and video queues to clear tight deadline targets.
  • Internal Knowledge Runbook Upkeep: Author and optimize internal support case documentations and system workflows, infusing latest industry trends and best practices to keep team processes highly efficient.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of verified professional history running digital media operations, programmatic ad tech coordination, advertising helpdesk support, IT project tracking, or corporate marketing consulting.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of digital advertising ecosystems, tracking pixels, multi-tenant ad servers, and campaign delivery metrics.
  • Expert-tier software proficiency building pivot charts, applying lookup strings, and automating dashboard summaries natively utilizing Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) (including Advanced Excel capabilities).
  • Practical operational familiarity navigating programmatic interfaces, matching customer target criteria, and reviewing multi-platform query budgets natively leveraging Sales Representative presentation tools.
  • Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks cleanly under pressure, maintaining meticulous attention to detail inside high-velocity digital agency environments.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication traits in fluent English, enabling clear alignment across distributed regional engineering and business operations cells.
  • Academic Baseline Qualifications: Possession of at least a formal educational Diploma from an accredited institution specializing in Digital Media, Mass Communication, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Location Context: Position open to qualified ad operations specialists based permanently and resident within **Pune, Maharashtra, India** to execute technical strategy under a 100% remote layout.
