NMI is looking for a motivated and experienced Internal Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a 13-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity leave cover. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape teams during a period of continued growth.
The primary focus will be recruiting for NMI’s global Support, Sales, and Marketing organizations—critical functions that keep partners and customers at the heart of everything. You’ll also recruit across multiple lines of business, gaining broad exposure to diverse talent needs.

This is a 100% remote opportunity for candidates based in the United Kingdom. While office visits are optional, team members are welcome to collaborate in-person at NMI’s Bristol office for events and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for global roles, from intake to offer acceptance.
- Manage a live requisition load of open roles simultaneously, balancing speed and quality.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and candidate profiles.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative channels.
- Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline across all markets.
- Champion NMI’s culture and employer brand throughout candidate interactions.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes for a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and use recruitment data to inform decisions.
- Provide updates to hiring managers and leadership on requisition status and market insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in in-house or agency settings.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently.
- Strong direct sourcing skills for engaging passive candidates.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business areas.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build credibility with hiring managers.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management.
- A data-informed mindset—tracking metrics, spotting trends, and improving outcomes.
- Sound understanding of confidentiality and ethical recruitment practices.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience recruiting for customer support, marketing, and sales in global/multi-site environments.
- Familiarity with payments, fintech, or SaaS industry recruitment.
- Experience in employer branding or university/early careers recruitment.
- Exposure to recruiting across international markets, particularly South Africa.
