About the role

  • Manage simultaneous global projects for multiple customers ensuring timely implementations in accordance with best practices, policies, procedures, and prescribed implementation methodology.
  • Plan, document, and execute all phases of the project life-cycle including leveraging expertise in various project management functional areas including: Scope Management, Requirements Management, Timeline Management, Risk/Issue management, Communications Management, Priority & Dependency Management, and the coordination of resources.
  • Build relationships at all levels of the customer to understand needs and drive time to value.
  • Promote change, continuous process improvement, and best practice adoption within both the business and technical team members.
  • Works in cross-organizational fashion to formulate implementation level of effort estimates (LOE's) and Statements of Work (SOW's) with customers and future prospects.
  • Provide consistent and comprehensive updates to project stakeholders, including (at a minimum) to-date cost analysis, issue and resolution tracking, and communication with business lines and technology management.
  • Partner with internal teams (development, product management, sales, support, and technical engineering) to overcome risks and drive Time to Value of our customers.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3 or more years project management experience with a proven record of accomplishment of successfully delivering projects to senior executives/sponsors for Fortune 500 customers; experience working on and managing enterprise scale IT, Service Delivery, or similar projects or equivalent experience.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable flexibility and the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong negotiation, problem solving, risk management, prioritization, decision making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive-level presence, and experience in communications facilitation.
  • Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role requiring a high level of individual responsibility, sound business judgment, and large enterprise account management, including an aptitude for improving customer satisfaction.
  • A natural self-starter, with strong team-building, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills.
  • Maintaining reliable and predictable attendance with experience managing a high volume of activity and a large number of projects in a fast-paced growing organization. Ability to self-manage and prioritize.
  • Experience working within Network Security is highly preferred.
  • Spanish language skills would be preferred.
