HR Operations Lead

Magic Eden, now launching Dicey, a $180B+ iGaming and sports betting disruptor, is hiring an HR Operations Lead.

As our HR Operations Lead, you’ll oversee day-to-day people operations for a globally distributed team. You’ll handle everything from onboarding to offboarding, sensitive employee matters, and cross-functional partnerships with Recruitment, IT, and Finance. Reporting to the COO, this hands-on role offers a clear path to shaping and growing our HR function as the company scales.

What You’ll Do:

• Run end-to-end onboarding and offboarding in partnership with Recruitment and IT.
• Own Rippling as our HRIS, ensuring employee data accuracy and seamless workflows.
• Manage our Deel EOR workforce, including onboarding, contract changes, and day-to-day Deel interactions.
• Support employees across US, UK, and Australia, ensuring contracts, leave, and local compliance are handled correctly.
• Administer benefits across regions, including US Open Enrollment with our broker.
• Partner with Finance on payroll accuracy, capturing starters, leavers, and changes on time.
• Handle sensitive employee matters, such as performance conversations, exits, and investigations, with discretion.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions on policies, leave, benefits, and paperwork.
• Document and optimize HR processes for global scalability across time zones.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in HR operations, ideally at a fast-moving, globally distributed company.
• Experience managing sensitive employee matters with discretion and judgment.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms.
• Experience managing an EOR workforce, preferably through Deel.
• Working knowledge of Australian employment laws, with exposure to US (and ideally UK) requirements.
• High attention to detail and a track record of operational reliability.
• Clear, warm written communication and flexibility to overlap with US and UK hours.

• Experience in crypto, Web3, or online gaming.
