Position Overview
We are seeking a highly detailed, data-driven, and process-oriented HR Operations Analyst to support end-to-end human resource service delivery, workforce telemetry, and talent acquisition structures under a full-time remote layout localized to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. In this critical operational and analytics seat, you will be the absolute owner of running workforce reports, auditing multi-system workflows, and maintaining uncompromised data integrity. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated data entry logs, basic website modifications, or generic administrative writing tasks, you will operate an active HRIS/ATS tracking, payroll coordination auditing, and human capital key performance indicator (KPI) mapping laboratory. Partnering directly next to HR leadership, Recruitment, Corporate Payroll, and Program stakeholders, you will build data-backed insights to enable seamless decision-making across the entire employee lifecycle. This position requires an HR professional with 2–4 years of progressive operations experience who structures administrative data fluidly natively using Recruiter, Research, and Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) primitives, displays deep analytical precision, and thrives inside fast-paced professional services or government contracting environments.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Data Governance: Support the comprehensive end-to-end administration of personnel actions, lifecycle status changes, and general HR transactions natively utilizing Recruiter and compliance best practices.
- Workforce Reporting & Telemetry Analytics: Run, analyze, and build standard and ad-hoc workforce reports related to corporate headcount tracking, turnover rates, benefit distribution, and historical hiring activity.
- KPI Tracker Instrumentation: Measure and maintain core Talent Acquisition and HR performance matrices—encompassing time-to-fill tracking, recruitment pipeline health, hiring volume velocities, and employee retention layers.
- Payroll & Benefits Synchronization Triage: Coordinate closely next to Payroll and Benefit cells to ensure error-free data synchronization across employee onboarding, terminations, variable status updates, and eligibility audits.
- System Validation & Auditing Control: Drive rigorous cross-system data validation and monthly reconciliations connecting front-end Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) cleanly with back-end HRIS and payroll databases.
- Talent Acquisition & Scheduling Coordination: Assist recruitment teams by supervising vacancy requisition tracking, launching compliant job postings, managing candidate workflow pipelines, and coordinating interview blocks.
- Process Improvement & Documentation: Identify administrative design friction points to optimize tracking systems, and author clear standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and onboarding guides natively using Research methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a highly responsive liaison between HR leadership, I.T. groups, PMO verticals, and corporate managers to ensure flawless cross-company service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Possess a formal Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field.
- A minimum of 2–4 years of proven, successful professional history operating within an HR Operations Analyst, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition Support Specialist, Workforce Data Analyst, or closely matching tech-enabled human capital capacity.
- Expert Information Stack Command: Production-grade operational literacy running reports, cleaning demographic datasets, and compiling tracking dashboards natively utilizing Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) (including pivot tables, data formulas) and enterprise HRIS/ATS platforms.
- Demonstrated background managing multi-task priorities, auditing sensitive transactional profiles, and maintaining strict confidentiality across complex data pipelines.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and numerical narrative communication strengths in English, with an established background delivering scannable compliance and workflow recommendations to managers.
- Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified personnel and analytics authorities residing permanently within and local to the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior platform or operational background working directly within a federal government contracting (GovCon) ecosystem, professional services firm, or high-security defense advisory framework.
- Deep functional familiarity with early-stage talent pipeline tracking, pre-employment screening steps, and automated background verification flows.
- Possess professional human resource certifications (such as PHR, SHRM-CP) or active progress toward credentialing milestones.
- An adaptable scale-up drive characterized by an uncompromised eye for detail, structural organization habits, and an analytical, outcome-driven mindset.
What We Offer
- Competitive US GovCon HR Operations Remuneration Matrix: A highly competitive annual salary package calibrated precisely to your HRIS database pedigree and tracking velocity, supplemented by comprehensive incentive allocations.
- Remote workspace infrastructure freedom open to local D.C. area specialists, completely eliminating mandatory physical daily transit loops while maintaining regional closeness.
- High-Impact Infrastructure Footprint: Elite professional growth credentials achieved by designing and safeguarding the core data systems, reporting analytics, and onboarding pipelines powering a premier IT consulting leader.
- Comprehensive family health preservation setups, featuring premium Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage along with specialized Dependent Savings configurations.
- Access to robust company-sponsored retirement savings schemes, generous paid parental leave programs, extensive life and disability protections, flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) paired with paid corporate holidays, and continuous professional development paths designed to cultivate your career trajectory.
