About Us

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Healthcare Administrator to join our growing team.

This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and previous experience working within a healthcare environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, communicating with patients and healthcare professionals, and ensuring appointments are managed efficiently while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients and healthcare providers.
  • Communicate with patients via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Manage calendars, appointment changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service.
  • Ensure patient information and scheduling records are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Respond promptly to scheduling enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare privacy standards.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Previous healthcare administrative or healthcare scheduling experience is essential.
  • Experience working in a medical practice, healthcare provider, therapy clinic, hospital, or similar healthcare environment.
  • Proven experience in appointment scheduling and calendar management.
  • Experience interacting directly with patients or healthcare clients.
  • Proficiency with healthcare scheduling systems, CRMs, or practice management software is highly desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
