ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a GTM Execution Assistant to support a growing technology business by taking repetitive go-to-market execution work off the leadership team's plate.
This is an execution-focused role rather than a strategic growth position. The successful candidate will be responsible for consistently researching prospects, assessing their fit against a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), conducting email and LinkedIn outreach, and managing responses.
The ideal candidate is highly consistent, self-managed and comfortable performing repetitive, high-volume tasks without requiring constant supervision or follow-up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research companies and prospects against a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Review company websites and available information to determine prospect fit.
- Qualify prospects against established criteria.
- Build and maintain prospect lists.
- Conduct outbound email prospecting.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach.
- Write personalised and appropriate outreach messages.
- Manage and respond to prospect replies.
- Maintain consistent daily outreach activity.
- Follow established go-to-market processes and workflows.
- Track prospecting and outreach activity accurately.
- Review responses and identify appropriate next actions.
- Maintain quality and consistency while working at high volume.
- Work independently and manage daily execution without constant supervision.
- Action feedback quickly and accurately.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Approximately 2–4 years of experience in prospecting, outbound sales, lead generation, business development or a similar execution-focused role.
- Previous experience researching companies and qualifying prospects against defined criteria.
- Experience conducting email and/or LinkedIn outreach.
- Excellent written English is essential.
- Strong grammar, punctuation, spelling and written communication skills.
- Ability to write clearly and professionally without requiring significant editing.
- Demonstrable tolerance for repetitive, high-volume execution work.
- Ideally, at least 18 months of experience in a consistent, high-volume role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised and able to follow established processes.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working with clear targets and daily activity expectations.
- Able to receive direct feedback and implement it quickly.
- Comfortable working in an asynchronous remote environment.
EXPERIENCE WITH TOOLS
Experience with the following tools would be beneficial but is not required:
- Apollo
- Clay
- Dripify
- Email outreach platforms
Candidates should not be excluded based on a lack of experience with any specific tool, as the systems can be learned.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Enjoys structured, repetitive execution work.
- Takes pride in consistency and throughput.
- Can follow the same process accurately every day.
- Does not need to be chased to complete daily tasks.
- Has strong written communication skills.
- Is comfortable working independently.
- Is highly detail-oriented.
- Responds well to direct and concise feedback.
- Is comfortable working towards daily activity expectations.
- Is looking for a stable execution-focused position rather than rapid progression into management or strategy.
IMPORTANT ROLE EXPECTATIONS
This is not a strategic growth or management position.
The successful candidate should be comfortable owning the day-to-day execution of an established prospecting and outreach process.
Candidates who are primarily looking for:
- Management responsibilities
- Strategic ownership
- Rapid career progression
- A growth or marketing leadership position
may not be suited to the role.
The position is best suited to someone who genuinely enjoys consistent, process-driven execution.
