Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Growth Specialist to join our core global Performance Marketing division in a full-time remote capacity within Pakistan. In this high-impact demand generation seat, you will claim individual accountability for designing, launching, and optimizing outbound and paid campaign architectures to feed our sales pipelines with highly qualified enterprise leads. Moving completely away from static administrative tasks or slow-moving agency briefs, you will function as a fast-moving, high-agency operator who builds, ships, and refactors conversion loops independently. This role demands a seasoned performance marketer who lives in funnel metrics, leverages next-generation AI personalization tools, and possesses the operational technical toolkit needed to manage high-volume B2B multi-channel campaigns autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Campaign Management: Support the Senior B2B Media Manager to build, launch, and monitor high-converting paid ad distributions natively inside Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, meticulously adjusting budgets, negative terms, and audience parameters.
- B2B Lead Generation & Enrichment: Construct, filter, and maintain precise target buyer lists and account profiles using advanced enrichment and intent data tools like **Clay and Apollo**.
- Automated Outbound Operations: Build and run data-backed outbound pipeline campaigns across email and LinkedIn, applying advanced data mining, buyer signals, and AI personalization blocks to preserve message quality at high volumes.
- HubSpot Architecture Governance: Own and govern day-to-day marketing automation matrices natively inside HubSpot, managing automated workflows, strict lead routing, lifecycle stages, and clean list hygiene.
- Landing Page A/B Testing: Partner tightly with web and content squads to structure high-performing landing pages, deploying rigorous behavioral A/B testing models to continuously lift core conversion rates.
- Funnel Telemetry Tracking: Track, evaluate, and report on comprehensive pipeline telemetry inside GA4 and Looker Studio, analyzing Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and MQL-to-SQL conversion ROI.
- Generative AI Workflow Integration: Deploy advanced AI utilities (including Claude and text generation scripts) to dramatically scale ad copywriting variations, landing page versions, and outreach messaging.
- Compliance & Deliverability Auditing: Ensure absolute campaign data clean states, verifying strict alignment with international privacy and anti-spam laws while preserving email deliverability via SPF, DKIM, and DMARC parameters.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of verified professional history running advanced B2B performance marketing, demand generation, growth hacking, or revenue operations (ideally inside a high-growth B2B SaaS environment).
- Proven, hands-on history personally configuring and executing successful B2B paid media ad groups explicitly within **Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads**.
- Technical proficiency engineering automated data enrichment, list cleansing, and message scheduling sequences natively inside **HubSpot, Smartlead, HeyReach, Clay, or Apollo**.
- Strong, authoritative analytical mechanics, with an absolute comfort level navigating full funnel reports, tracking multi-touch attribution, and making budget recommendations from raw data.
- Demonstrated experience applying generative AI assistants or multi-modal prompt layouts practically to scale creative testing and eliminate repetitive campaign workflows.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics, with a native capacity to write clean, persuasive, and highly targeted advertising and outreach copy in fluent English.
- Location Context: Full-time remote parameters open exclusively to qualified performance marketers based permanently within Pakistan (or allowed territories including India and Egypt) to operate 100% from home.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience marketing cloud software or artificial intelligence applications directly to Customer Experience (CX), support center, or operational enterprise buyers.
- Exposure to full-stack organic traffic expansion, balancing search engine optimization (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO) rules alongside paid ad networks.
- Historical background running multi-regional, localized ad campaigns across distinct geographic borders or multiple languages.
- Working technical knowledge of server-level email security configurations, covering SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records tracking.
