Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Growth Product Manager to join our core centralized Growth Marketing collective in a fully remote, global contract capacity. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Analytics & CRO, you will step up to claim individual strategic operational accountability for turning the Superside website into an aggressive driver of pipeline, lead conversion, and overall business growth. Sitting squarely at the intersection of Growth, Product, and Technology, you will shift completely away from passive site maintenance. Instead, you will act as the principal experimentation architect—balancing rapid conversion optimization, deep platform improvements, and operational efficiency to help our teams launch, measure, and optimize faster than ever before.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Growth and Roadmap Ownership: Own, define, and execute the comprehensive website growth roadmap, aligning all digital initiatives directly to pipeline generation, conversion metrics, and macro business goals natively utilizing Project Management lifecycles.
- Cross-Functional Platform Delivery: Partner intimately with Marketing, Design, and Engineering squads to define requirements, scope technical enhancements, and deliver high-performing landing pages, marketing campaigns, and core website experiences.
- Rigorous Experimentation and A/B Testing: Build, prioritize, and manage a robust experimentation backlog spanning messaging frameworks, conversion paths, page templates, and key user journeys to continuously improve lead quality.
- CMS Workflow and Capability Enhancement: Define technical requirements for website upgrades and CMS workflows, deliberately improving marketing self-service capabilities through reusable components and scalable templates.
- Analytics and Measurement Taxonomy: Partner seamlessly with the Analytics division to establish strict tracking requirements, event taxonomies, reporting dashboards, and comprehensive measurement frameworks.
- Capacity Planning and Prioritization: Balance aggressive growth opportunities against necessary technical investments and engineering capacity, utilizing clear, data-driven prioritization matrixes.
- Performance Monitoring and QA: Monitor live website performance continuously, proactively identifying complex opportunities to improve load speed, digital usability, and funnel conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of verified professional history running advanced Growth Product Management, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Marketing Technology scaling, or enterprise product management.
- Deep, authoritative technical command of website optimization rules, rigorous customer acquisition funnels, and sophisticated experimentation metrics.
- Expert-tier capability translating high-level business goals into explicit product requirements, prioritized development roadmaps, and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Practical operational familiarity leading, scaling, and analyzing A/B testing programs natively utilizing experimentation platforms (specifically Optimizely, Mutiny, Webflow Optimize, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience navigating modern content ecosystems, specifically working alongside headless CMS platforms (such as Sanity, Contentful, or Storyblok).
- Strong foundational knowledge of web analytics, event tracking configurations, attribution models, and analytics QA processes.
- Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills, with absolute fluency in English to manage both highly technical engineering leads and non-technical marketing stakeholders across multiple global time zones.
- Location Context: Position open to qualified product leaders based permanently anywhere globally to operate under a 100% remote contractor arrangement.

- Prior commercial history operating explicitly within a B2B SaaS environment, global creative agency, or hyper-growth marketing technology startup.
- Hands-on functional familiarity diagnosing UX friction utilizing digital experience analytics tools (such as FullStory, Hotjar, or similar session-recording platforms).
